On Friday the world's largest restaurant company is hosting an event to combat hunger in Kentucky.Mobile videoThe Yum Brands Founder's Day Hunger Drive-Thru will be held at the company's campus at 1441 Gardiner Lane.The event will include performances from the Jeffersontown High School marching band, Trinity High School cheer team, Saint Xavier High School cheer team, team mascots. There will also be music and much more fun.The event will also be in conjunction with the celebration of its 17th anniversary.Yum Brands is challenging each of its employees and customers to bring in at least one canned good to help meet the goal of 17,000 pounds collected for those in need.Customers can drive by and drop cans in the Dare To Care bins from 5 a.m. to 2 p.m.One in five children in Kentucky are at risk of going to bed hungry.
