It was a long 2-year wait to finally get my C8 Corvette, but it was a pleasure to be in contact with Moises Orozco since 2022 from the beginning of my journey to the final 2-months for the actual order to go in and my Corvette emerged from the factory! When I finally took delivery, the experience was even more than what I was expecting! Having seen many Corvettes on the road over the past few years does not compare at all to seeing "my" Corvette waiting for me. Moises and the Rotolo team provided the best possible experience to start my next phase of actual Corvette ownership! I highly recommend Moises and Rotolo Chevrolet for anyone interested in buying a new Chevy!

We've come here several times. The lot was empty during Covid as were all of them but we kept coming back looking for a newer used truck. The most recent time we were introduced to two other salesmen ignoring our initial and immediate expectation of only having interest in used vehicles. One salesman said there's a whole lot of used cars not ready for the public to see. We just wanted to know if what we were looking for was in the group and would come back when or if it became available. It's discouraging that the "sales manager" was abruptly disinterested once we asked about this again for a third time, not to waste his time or ours. He discounted our service and had a really off putting demeanor. My family has purchased a brand new truck from your dealership in the past and I would expect every sale was important since you tout your customer service and dealership ratings so often. I think someone should revisit hospitality 101 and want to represent your dealership with some professionalism and class.

Update for Service conducted on 3/18/2024, 2023 Chevrolet Silverado RST Z71. Safety defect with the Rear Camera. The service department should have replaced the "radio" to fix the defective connectors for the rear camera. As of 3/23/2024 - 3/27/2024 the camera is having the same ongoing issue it did from the start. Screen blacks out and shows a red triangle while parking in reverse, image is not accurate once it refreshes back to live view. What kind of service was completed? I did not receive any paper work the day I picked up the truck 3/18/2024 at 1700, and today (3/27/24) I receive an email stating service is complete. Was the infotainment system rebooted instead of being replaced, As stated on the diagnosis 3/6/2024? Left Gilbert (Service Manager) a voicemail, I need this issue resolved, many lost hours at my job due to this back and forth with the same camera defect.

Mar 7, 2024Previous reviewMy experience with Rotolo Chevrolet was unsatisfactory (3/1/2024 and 3/6/2024), the service advisor Manuel Chinchilla failed to communicate important details regarding my Chevrolet Silverado. He failed to call after the truck was diagnosed and all I received was a generic email stating that the service was complete. He showed zero empathy and no interest in explaining or even remembering why my truck was in service. The vehicle needs to have the infotainment system replaced covered by warranty (Defective Safety Rear Camera), and the part is not in the shop. These details are crucial for the owner of the vehicle to know, I did not purchase a truck just to randomly drop off for service and have no feed back given by the service advisor. I have visited and had vehicles serviced at a few other Chevrolet dealerships (Harbor Chevrolet, Tom Bell Chevrolet) and have never experienced such bad customer service and weak vehicle service processes.
My original service date was Friday March 1st, 2024 at 7:30 AM and when speaking with Manuel his first approach was to talk me out of leaving the vehicle and his reason was that there was a slim chance of the technicians being able to diagnose the truck that day. He had no knowledge of how the process would be and just stated that it would take a few days to get a diagnosis. I scheduled a day out of work to get the vehicle checked out and Rotolo's service department failed to fulfill the needs for the vehicle's appointment.
Rotolo should advise customers before scheduling a day for service that the vehicle might not fit in the technicians work schedule that day. I don't really have much to say... just like my service advisor. I'm convinced their phone only worked when I called. Other than that it's like dropping your vehicle off and you just never know what' you're going to get. A little Forest Gump, "Life is like a box of Chocolate" statement. But my experience was great brought my truck in for an AC issue and they Rush ordered me a compressor for an ETA of 3 days. Lol. Then when I picked up my truck to use while the rush ordered 3 day compressor came in, my steering wheel was changed. I guess this is a new AC diagnostic process. Gotta change the steering wheel before you check the AC. All Jokes aside. I knew there was a recall for the steering wheel... but it would of been nice to know you guys changed it, or like called me to let me know my compressor was bad instead of me calling 3 times to leave a message. I really wish my extended warranty was with Mark Christopher.... But unfortunately I'm stuck with this circus of a dealer. Always a surprise every time I go, and lots of hail Mary's to make sure my truck works after I pick it up so I don't have to bring it back so I can call them 3 times to apologize to me and they will call me back.

Had the transmission replaced on my 2016 Tahoe. I then had to go in for warranty repairs and they took care of it.

Furiously writing a review! Beware with what you purchase!
Rotolo Chevrolet states they are the best dealership in California for years to my impression that is nonsense. It is unfortunate that I think otherwise, and im pretty sure anyone in my situation would agree. I went in with my family to buy a "NEW and Reliable" family vehicle on March 11. Despite being there for hours negotiating and doing all the paperwork, we walked out excited and enthusiastic at 11:00pm with a "NEW" 2023 Silverado. By March 14th, we noticed an oil stain on our driveway, we weren't sure, and honestly, in disbelief that our "NEW" truck was the one. On Friday, March 15th, I decided to run errands and change parking spaces. On Saturday, March 16th, the oil leak on my driveway was worse!!! We inspected under the truck, and to my surprise, the truck had oil splashed everywhere, and I mean everywhere, and yes, it was also leaking oil. Took the truck for service (oil leak inspection) on Monday March 18th, just ONE WEEK after purchasing it, and was told they were going to have the replacement the next day and i would have the truck by Wednesday. I was called again today Tuseday March 19th and then was told they had issues finding the part local so it was going to be shipped from out of state and that it was going to take a few days to install and now im getting the truck back 'next week'. It is unfair that our family truck is not considered relaible and safe to us. I am outraged because Rotolo sold me a "NEW" truck with such complicated problem, I was told it is a rear gasket that needs to be replaced and that it would take long because the transmission has to be removed. Such an unpleasant situation to be going through at 39 weeks pregnant is very overwhelming. At this point, I think this truck is a lemon, and I am not happy with the purchase because I will no longer feel it is safe for my children and family in General.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

my mom tried getting a car here the man that was helping getting the car for her started acting weird and flirting and when she came to see him for the second time he said my mom looked different and was saying what does she do to work out making my mom uncomfortable I'm really upset bc my mom really needed the car but the man was basically sexualy harassing her and wasting her time I didn't get his name but hes big and bald and js playes to much coming to our car when we tried to leave begging her to stay and talk ..

I made appt and coming down from Victorville,to get an oil change and have my traverse looked at!So my service advisor told me it would be about couple hoursok.A friend picked me up we went to have breakfast then went back.i waited and waited nothing went to check and someone else said the oil change is done and they are doing the diagnostic.Waited waiting no communication at all go check after 2 more hours and the guy who had a 2 hour lunch said "we didn't find anything wrong with it I am going to do the oil change I blew a lid.........Rotolo was awesome bought 3 cars never will I go back again.put 1 star because I had too

I wish I could put ZERO stars - I spoke with Ana from service & asked if I could schedule a service for a car that has warranty and I asked for a rental and stated that if the warranty did not cover the rental I would pay out of pocket. She gave me the run around and put me hold so she could ask, I waited for about 5 minutes before the call was directed to voicemail since no one ever picked up the phone. I didn't proceeded to call the customer relations manager Enrique and left a voicemail about the situation and just like the service advisor. I have not received a call only a reminder about my appointment. This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever received and mind you this I did purchase the vehicle from this location. If you're looking for good customer service, I do not recommend coming to this location. The Chevy Riverside has been so much better than this location.

I bought a 2021 Silverado 3500HD from Rotolo on 11/01/23 and paid it in full. Today is 04/10/24 and have not received the title for the vehicle. At first Claudia, the finance manager said she would go to DMV and solve the problem. Now she will not even return my calls. The salesman that I bought the truck from Will Brunes also stopped returning my calls. The friendliness of the dealership ends when you drive the car off the lot. The dealership by law has 50 days to get the title to the buyer. I called and left a message with Armando Rojo the GM today, we will see if he can solve this problem. I can't help but think they are running some kind of scam. But I will just wait to see if the GM can make this situation good. I will update as I find out more.
