Iselin-based commercial real estate firm Sitar Realty Company announced Friday that it has been a part of several recent property leasing transactions.They included:

• PPF Industrial to Kellogg’s: 134,027 square feet of industrial space at 112 Melrich Road, South Brunswick; Gregg Nowell represented the tenant;
• Cusa Realty to Builders Services: 15,000 square feet of industrial space at 225 Willow Brook Road, Freehold; Paul Cusa represented the landlord;
• Gallina Development Corporation to NRG Home Solar: 6,000 square feet of industrial space at 245 Summit Point Road, Henrietta; Ron Schrader Jr. represented the tenant;
• Wall Street Access Inc. to RCS Corriente Holding: 5,646 square feet of office space at 766 Shrewsbury Ave., Shrewsbury; William Sitar Jr. and Joseph Allegro represented the landlord;
• Preferred Freezer Services of Newark LLC to Sapphire Power Finance LLC: 5,400 square feet of office space at 360 Ave. P, Newark; David MacDowell and Sitar represented the landlord;
• Preferred Freezer of Elizabeth to P&S Transportation: 5,400 square feet of office space at 150 Bayway Ave., Elizabeth; Sitar and MacDowell represented the landlord;
• Tak Realty & Investments LLC to The Counseling Center at Clark LLC: 5,100 square feet of office space at 60 Walnut Ave., Clark; Allegro and Sitar represented the tenant.
