Since before Ballard found the wreck and since Reginald Hale,2nd class passenger, was on his way back to my hometown and didnt make it and since I took care of a 90 year old man whose last thoughts were of the dead bodies he helped rescue as a young seamen, I have been a collector of all things Titanic. This find is enormous.Mr. Hartley is a beloved figure of altruistic behavior, equal to Mrs.Strauss not leaving her husbands side.

    Midget,
Thank you. What a gift to be able to care for that gentlemen who was so courageous and caring.
I can’t even imagine what it must’ve been like for him to retrieve those bodies out of the water.
Events like that have a lasting impact.

I hope that this ‘genius’ doesn’t help create future disaster.

“A tunnel in Tysons Corner [Virginia] that will hold the new Silver Line [subway] has sunk into the ground about an inch… [project manager] said he doesn’t know why the tunnel settled and that theories would be only speculative. “In my mind at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter,” he said. “The bottom line is it happened, and we need to make sure that it’s OK.”…”

Ummm, actually to make sure that it’s okay, you need to know why it settled.
