The path to attain leadership roles is a pyramid that, by definition, few climb successfully. As women try to climb the ladder, they often have to walk a fine line to balance their passive and assertive behaviors so that they are not perceived as aggressive or bossy. Many women try to balance work and personal domains as well, which can be challenging and taxing throughout one's career, but particularly early on when trying to advance. Join HBA Boston to learn important tips from our panel of esteemed local women leaders who have successfully advanced their career in biotech/pharma.
