    • I'm still waiting for my order too. Submitted order Mar 7th. I called Black's a couple times to check status and turns out they don't know where it is. I'm getting mine re-printed, should be shipped out next week they say.

      Also, I told 3 friends about this promo and they haven't received theirs either.

    • Received mine today! It was "lost" for one week sitting idle somewhere.

      The quality is not the greatest, so I don't know why other member's say it's good..I would definitely not pay regular price for this, esp since Black's outsource to a third party.

      Is there any brand on the back of the paper? Customer service rep notified me it will be printed on Fujifilm, but mine is some generic paper.

      Anyone else have problems logging in or creating an account? The account I created does not seem to work on their "new" site. I'm not sure which site I created my account on since it was created via their (crappy) app. Sorry Blacks's, but your site and App seem to be stitched together with 1990's tech...I appreciate the free offer and am excited to see my poster - unless the order has been lost on your amiga home PC server. (LOL)

    • So I called Costco to confirm they will mount the collage for $23.99. I think this is the better option than buying the frame from Blacks for over $30.

      IKEA is a bit of a drive from my house so also not worth it. Factoring in also having to buy stuff from Dollarama.

      When I inquired about my shipment I was given a canada post tracking number. However, when I try to track, it still says the shipping label has been created but parcel has not yet been dropped off. Been like that for 5 days.

Also flipped the page to use as background but would be interested to see what the foam board looks like. Can you post a picture?

    • Received mine yesterday. Love the pics. They turned out great. The family loves it. I went to Ikea today and got the $5.99 frame then went to Dollarama in search of the paper for backing. (FYI the pic is about as thick as a regular printed Kodak photograph or about the same as the bristol board/cartridge paper). I decided that two not-thick-enough papers were not ideal. Luckily I found a 20" x 30" white foamboard for $1.25 at Dollarama near the bristol boards. I cut it down to size. It's perfect!

      When these collages first came out Black's didn't even offer a frame. I asked at a couple of framing shops and they quoted me $200 or more for custom made!

      When I went into the one in Ottawa I believe I saw it for something crazy like $34.99.

      Last time I ordered one they opened it in store for me and every pic was blurry. I said there's no way that every pic was low res (knowing that some were higher resolution pics) . I went home, grabbed my memory stick and went back to the store, the employee helped me upload them in store (no using the app) and I showed him the pics and he agreed they should print out clearly

      I really did the collage and he made sure it was free (again)
      Received mine yesterday and excitedly opened it to share with family and friends who were over, only to discover 3 of the pictures were wrong and did not match my final edit from the app. Quite disappointed. Also trying to answer their 3rd party survey but it's stuck on "Please click OK to submit your feedback now." but "OK" does nothing and only "Cancel" and "X" at the top right work...great...
