But maybe you don’t know where to start, or you’ve started a lifestyle change before only to be disappointed in the struggle and quit because the program was too high-level.

Mom’s Metabolic Makeover (M3) will help you lose fat, develop lean muscle, and increase your energy by restarting your metabolism.
Sounds tricky, but it works. By learning the tricks of lifestyle changes and coupling them with metabolic workouts that are less than 30 minutes long, you’ll see drastic changes in how your body looks and feels.
About the Program
M3 is the best step back to a healthier, happier, sexier body. This program can be done completely at home and is geared towards your busy lifestyle.
I’ll share with you the tips, tricks and tools I’ve used to shrink my body and help other women lose pounds of body fat, increase energy and feel younger.
Once you’ve incorporated these lifestyle changes you’ll see that healthy living is not a chore or something EXTRA that you have to do. Eventually, you’ll get to experience the freedom of eating whatever you want, while your body keeps burning all day (even when you’re NOT exercising).
NO, this is not some gimmick for a weight loss pill or whatever other craziness is out there. Lifestyle habits are LEARNED and once you feel the difference and experience what less than 30 minutes of workout can do (4-5 days per week), you’ll be a believer!
The Process
- We start by assessing where you are NOW, this includes setting you up with before pictures and measurements.
- You’ll get a M3 Meal planning guide and shopping list so you’ll know just what you should stock the kitchen with (but don’t worry, you won’t be cooking separate meals for you vs. the kids and/or spouse)
- You’ll get WEEKLY lifestyle coaching lessons that will help you develop the mindset and provide the tips and tricks of jumpstarting your metabolism.
- You’ll receive a program designed by me with 4-5 weekly workouts that you can do AT HOME within 30 minutes. As you progress in the program, the workouts progress. No need to be complacent now!
- You’ll get daily motivation and tips through Fitocracy to make sure you are staying with us
- AND every two weeks we’ll get to discuss your progress and experience during a live Google Hangout on Air!
