GUILFORD COUNTY, N.C. — Saving at the salon is tough, but Guilford Technical Community College is changing that with its Cosmetology Client Salon.
Students from the cosmetology program operate the salon under the supervision of experienced instructors.
Clients get the same service at half the price.
