Help File - Personal Details and Password
Update your profile at any time to make changes to your contact details, email preferences and registered password.
1. Sign into your registered EventConnect.com account

Click the SIGN IN link above in the top tool bar to sign into your account.
Useful Tip: Check the "remember me" box and the next time you log in your details will be re-called.

2. Use the My Dashboard Link to navigate to your dashboard

Once you have signed into your account click on My Dashboard link in the top tool bar to access your dashboard. Click on the relevant icon/link to manage your contact details, user group, listing(s) profile and enquiries. *Click this link at any time to return to your dashboard.

Alternatively, you can use the My Menu button from the top tool bar

Click on MY MENU in the top tool bar to display the drop down sub-menu which contains all relevant links required to manage your details, enquiries and listing(s). |
3. Select My Profile from your Dashboard

Manage your Profile Details
You will now be on your Profile Page and can select from the blue tabs to update the following details:
Personal Details - Username, First and Last Name, Company, Position and Industry Sector.
Address Details - You can enter a postal address.
Contact Details - All phone and email* contact details.
Options - Your e-newsletter subscription options.
Change Password - Update your password details.
Simply select the tab for the area you wish to update, change your details and select the 'update your profile' or 'save new password' to confirm your changes.
*Note: the primary email address will receive enquiries if your registration is assigned to a venue or service.
Select the My Dashboard or My Menu links from the top tool bar to return to your dashboard or navigate to further management tools.
