Our commitment to seasonal, locally-raised food isn’t just for the summertime, when it’s easy and abundant. It’s something that Reserve does all year-round. So, what is seasonal and local in the dark of winter? Root cellar vegetables! We have potatoes, parsnips, carrots, turnips, rutabagas, cabbages, apples, and celery root. Visser Farms
and Green Wagon Farm grow these in the summer and autumn and store them through the winter so they can deliver them to us all winter long. |

We also have beautiful green leafy things from our greenhouse growers at Vertical Paradise Farms
and Real Food Farm. They bring us kale, collard greens, lettuce, mustard greens, bok choy, arugula, mizuna, and so many other delicious vegetables.
These family farms are all within 25 miles of us in downtown Grand Rapids. Join us for happy seasonal winter vegetables all over our menu. |
