First things first, the, aroma? Yes, at first it is perhaps blue cheese like, but after a few sniffs and a few sips it is much less offensive and the taste is darn good. Slightly sweet. Simple and still body. Think of a sour that does not make you pucker up and there you have it.

Probably one of the weirdest beer experiences I've ever had.

The smell is of CHEESE. Maybe some sort of cold cut too, but mainly cheese. I dunno, not appealing in a beer for my taste. Even a sour.

The flavor, yup, moldy cheese. I couldn't get thru the tulip glass. It's supposedly fermented with Brett but I've never tasted this flavor before from a wild yeast. Just odd.
