    What is included in the Vowel Team - Long Vowel - CVCE Game?

    • 60 cards per long vowel sound are included.
    • Question cards are divided into 4 categories:
      • Blue - use the word in a sentence
      • Orange - Draw the word
      • Purple - Act the word
      • Green - Write the word by looking at the picture.

    (ONLY Green cards have the option of QR coded which makes them self-correcting.)

    • 3 game boards: full color, half color, and blackline.
    • Instruction cards
    • Color and Blackline included

    How to use this Vowel Team - Long Vowel - CVCE game:

    • There are enough cards for each long vowel to use as separate games.  Once your students are comfortable with the spellings, the different Long Vowels can be mixed together as reinforcement.
    • Students play in small groups.
    • I suggest using orange, blue, green, and purple cardstock as backings to the question cards.  This way you are able to sort the cards according to their categories easily.
    • You may want to add the Vowel Sound on the bottom right corner to sort the cards according to their Vowel Sounds.
