'Interfood. .not fitness' will be competing in the Samworth Brothers Charity Challenge 2015 adventure race in Lake Vyrnwy in Wales,. Our team of four, will be attempting the 'Super Tough' route consisting of three sections - Mountain/Canoe/Bike - It involves exhilarating and challenging activities including elements of climbing, crawling, pushing and lifting.

All funds raised by 'Interfood...not fitness' will go to Make-A-Wish Foundation^® UK which grants magical wishes to children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions. Please support us by donating through JustGiving.
