UPDATE: 'It hurts. We hurt.': Woman remembers cousin fatally shot in Harrisburg
A man was found dead on the street early Tuesday morning in Harrisburg, according to city police.
The victim, described only as a 35-year-old black man, was found near intersection of South 18th and Mulberry streets at about 1:30 a.m., in a large pool of blood, police said.
Investigators said it was not immediately clear how the man had died, although they believe the death to be a homicide.
