The seasonal monodiet

Delphine Farjat, naturopath: "To get the most out of a week-long detox, eat a light lunch and opt for a mono-food dinner – as much as you like of a single seasonal vegetable, or a vegetable soup. The less complex a meal, the easier to digest and the more your body is at rest. Add a little aloe vera juice into the mix to aid liver drainage and consider an clay cleanse, to re-mineralize and purify the body."

Optimiszing your cleanse detox

Louise de Sayve, naturopath: "Maximize the benefits of your cleanse by enriching mineral water with floral waters, wild carrot, juniper and rosemary (a tablespoon of each, per liter) all of which are packed with active molecules that will help drain your body of toxins. Wake up each morning to a glass of warm water and a spoonful of fresh pollen to cleanse the digestive system, along with a green juice, sprinkled with anti-inflammatory ginger and turmeric. The kidneys work overtime during a detox, so stimulate them by rubbing vigorously every day with a drop of black spruce oil."
