The users who visit the online surface /in the following referred to as Users/ by their behavior that suggests their intentions of booking online in advance accept the conditions of usage set by the operator.

The trips, program offers on the website cannot be regarded as public offers. The Operator does its best to keep the description of the accommodation, services on its website accurate and precise but it cannot guarantee their absolute precision and it cannot be held responsible for their accuracy. The information and the detailed trips as well as the prices on the website can be changed without any previous announcements. The material on the pages can become outdated or the vacant places that are available can become occupied. The Operator reserves the right to correct the detected mistakes without previous notice.

The accommodations and services as well as travels can be ordered from the Operator. The procedures of the ordering can be read on the page Guide and Detailed Information.

The travel contract conditions and the conditions of the agreement contract can be found on the website, apart from that we are happy to send them to the e-mail account you have provided during the booking procedure. 

V.
The travel contract and the agreement contract will become valid after the parties have put it down in writing, after it has been signed by both parties and the passenger has paid the amount of money set in the contract and agreement. The parties acknowledge that the contract and the agreement concerning the services ordered by the passengers will come into force only if Andromeda has confirmed them in writing.

The Operator cannot be held responsible for any of the damages, costs or losses that originate from the usage of the website, for a state a website in which it cannot be used appropriately, or its dissatisfactory working as well as its breakdown. For damages that occur because of changes carried out in the data by unwarranted interference or that come about because of delays in the information forwarding or computer viruses, line or system disorder or any other reasons.

The ordering of the accommodation, service or travel chosen from the offers of the website by online or/and an e-mail is considered to be carried out with the acceptance of the conditions in the travel contract and the agreement conditions.
