LaLa Magazine Celebrates 40 Years with Exhibition in July

Hakusensha's LaLa has been the home for popular manga like Snow White with the Red Hair, Kare Kano, Natsume's Book of Friends, Maid-sama!, Ouran High School Host Club, and Vampire Knight since it launched 40 years ago. The publisher and a total of 63 creators are participating in a large-scale exhibition event with original artwork and areas set up by theme. Visitors can see works in the "LOVE," "IKEMEN," "FANTASY," "SCHOOL," and "PRETTY" sections and purchase original goods available only at the venue.

Tickets go on sale on June 1 and the exhibition will open on July 23 at the Seibu Art Gallery in the Seibu Ikebukuro department store.

The exhibition's line-up includes creators spanning the magazine's print run. Participants include:
