Innovative Idea Challenge

Faculty and Staff can make a big impact on campus energy consumption.

This year we will recognize faculty and staff who go above and beyond during the competition. Your idea should focus on conserving energy on campus, educating the campus about the importance of energy conservation, or increasing participation in our energy conservation competition. Ideas will be judged on their feasibilty, impact on energy consumption, educational impact, or potential to change behaviors. For example, you might have identified a source of energy waste on campus, you could submit an idea to address this issue, which would directly reduce energy usage on campus.

Individuals and groups are invited to submit their ideas using the form below. The best individual idea will win BoomerMeals. The best group idea (which could be submitted by your office or department) will win a free lunch party. Winners will receive a recognition award and be also be featured in a blog included in Inside Missouri State.

Submit your innovative idea below anytime between April 1st and April 20th for a chance to win!

We may contact you for additional information. Winners will be notified on or around April 25th.
