Anton Page has sold a 28,000 sq. ft. office building on Bonhill Street, London, EC2, on behalf of a private client to Maurice Investments Ltd, at a figure close to £20 million. Anton Page have sold three separate offices on Pear Tree Street, Clerkenwell. No. 31 has been purchased by The Furniture Practice and a PR agency has purchased No. 37, also for their own occupation. Anton Page have been retained on the letting of this 24,000 sq. ft. office building in Holborn. The refurbishment program is to commence in December 2015 and will include a newly modelled reception area, common parts and new M & E throughout. Anton Page will be launching this office building close to the thriving food market on Whitecross Street.
