Total blood bath for east and central at this point. Even those left standing don't want the job and will continue to look for a real pharma job

 

Who is left? And it is just NE and Central because they haven't gotten around to calling West yet?

seems like they only kept managers they could control and manipulate. Anyone with a strong personality or who had the ability to think on their own was let go.

Exactly, what little hope I had for this company is gone. What a joke. The most talented and respected dm's got the axe. Little twerp liesicki feels better no I'm sure.

 

I can't believe the talent they got rid of. It's so political and who misses the most ass! When 2 DMs in one city keep their job and they got rid of one that could have the whole state that has the best track record of success is beyond words. This company is treating their employees like garbage!

 

It's all about who kisses the most ass! And we have seen that meetings! Sad thing is some of these managers should be fired for sexual harassment but they keep their job over another manager that has so much heart and goes out of his way for his reps! Sad day

Company got this one right, I've been a DM for 2 years and was retained and have seen the list for SE and NE, they selected the right people and now let's hope the DM's choose the right reps to stay. If you haven't performed you're in trouble, for sure.

so my political DM gets to decide to keep me or not? No wonder she has been after me as I've had a very sick family member to take care of....I took days off for it... Now being not picked ... Makes sense

 

it wasn't just one thing that was taken into consideration; but ditching work for a "sick mother" that looked a lot like a job interview didn't help your situation
