It looks like Dan is really going to make the bold moves to get the company to where it needs to be.
I hate it for those people and heard some teams lost managers.... is that true also? How many people did we lose?

Get over it, this happens in every over a industry before end of year...business involves zero emotions for the most part. The people that were let go were for a rational reason to protect the company long term. Well wishes to those who were let go but it just shows you that shady behavior will always be reprimanded NO matter what, keep it moving people.

This is a positive people! The field has voiced concerns, asked for change AND you have been heard! There have been many constructive comments citing what changes needed to happen and this is just the beginning.

So what does all this mean to field compensation, culture or your future at Insys? Good question...hang in there.

 

Bonuses going way way lower. A little higher base....micro manged and Dan will fire anyone who does the slightest thing wrong..... Trust me they are tracking and looking at everything.... Tough to sell in that kind of environment. Also scripts will all drop starting first of the year......

I'm very curious. What kinds of things have they done? I honestly haven't been with the company from the beginning and truly don't know.

 

Then do everyone a huge favor and DON'T WALK IN EVERYDAY. What a ridiculous accusation to make against people that just try to do their jobs. YOU play a part in the reason there is a so called "soap opera". If you're not happy, leave. Don't drag others into your miserable world.

 

There are two obvious themes at play here that are continuing to come up that require absolute attention and I know Dan is reading.

IRC and it's many issues

TC and KH and those in alliance are cancerous and born chameleons. This chain must be broken for a real long lasting cultural change to occur. Whoever said the 'job is not done' is honest and correct.

It's pretty obvious who's the liars are and who can be monitored by the calls they made in past six months for off label prior authorizations. Some only worked cancer patients and some only worked off label! I'm pretty sure Amanda Neitsch and Proscha Brown did all the off label. Please DEA and FBI look into who was handling all the off label approvals and worked closely with David Richardson! Not hard to track who actually handled cancer patients and who did not in the prior authorization department! Constant jealousy and setting people up! Please look into the PA specialist who handled off label! Their names have already been handed to the FDA- YOU know who you are!

 

Okay! It looks like IRC needs to be cleaned out and get some ethical people in it.
