UPDATE: U.S. Marshal: Person caught having sex on roof of federal building works for U.S. Marshal's Service
An investigation is underway after the U.S. Attorney's Office was provided pictures of a couple having sex on the roof of the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse building in downtown Harrisburg.
Dawn Mayko, spokeswoman for the U.S. Attorney's Office, said the office was made aware of the pictures on Wednesday. The pictures, which Mayko said depict a couple engaged in sex acts on the roof of the building at 228 Walnut St., were forwarded for investigation. However, Mayko would not reveal who is conducting the investigation, or provide additional comment.
