Taylor Swift declared a ‘pure Aryan goddess’ by American neo-Nazi bloggers

FFN_ROCSTAR_Swift_Taylor_052416_52072022

Here are some photos of Taylor Swift out and about in LA on Tuesday. Fame/Flynet says she was shopping, but I think she was coming out of or going into the gym, just because of her clothing choice here. It’s my guess that Taylor has been looking after Calvin Harris the past few days following his terrible car accident last Friday night, but she needed some “me time” yesterday.

Meanwhile, did you know that the American neo-Nazi community loves Taylor Swift? There are a series of disturbing stories about and interviews from the “Aryan race-embracing” community in which some claim that Taylor is an “Aryan goddess.” Dude, is this just because she bleached the hell out of her hair?

Neo-Nazis have apparently seized upon the most famous blonde-haired, blue-eyed person they could find and ordained her their new “Aryan goddess”: Taylor Swift–award–winning singer Taylor Swift.

“… Taylor Swift is secretly a Nazi and is simply waiting for the time when Donald Trump makes it safe for her to come out and announce her Aryan agenda to the world,” explains 100 percent sane white-supremacist blogger Andre Anglin, according to Broadly. “Probably, she will be betrothed to Trump’s son, and they will be crowned American royalty.”

“Taylor Swift is a pure Aryan goddess, like something out of classical Greek poetry,” Anglin told Vice’s Broadly. “Athena reborn. That’s the most important thing.”

Fair hair and eyes aside, some believe her idolization in the Nazi community really took root when a teen named Emily Pattinson began posting pictures of Taylor Swift with Hitler quotes on Pinterest as a joke as a way to lampoon inspirational quote culture in 2013. Of course, like most good memes created by teens, her work got coopted and ruined by adults — in this case the actual neo-Nazi community. In 2009, Swift did face backlash after posing for a photo with a fan in a swastika-print shirt at Katy Perry’s birthday party. Wake up, sheeple …

[From The Cut]

Let’s be completely fair to Taylor: she has in NO WAY encouraged this sort of thing. These are just jackasses attaching themselves to her image. The Washington Post had a deeper dive into this Taylor-Aryan-goddess thing, and it basically sounds like most Internet conspiracies, with neo-Nazis claiming that they see “proof” of Taylor’s white supremacist leanings in her music videos, her fashion, her social media. The neo-Nazis believe that Taylor has been “red-pilled,” meaning that her handlers conceal her true “secret conservative values” in the name of being politically correct. The only thing – and I mean this, the ONLY thing – that could really be used as evidence against Taylor here is her neo-colonialist nightmare music video for “Wildest Dreams.” But yeah, Taylor is not a white supremacist. My guess is that her lawyers are already working on a way to shut this sh-t down.

      Betrothed to Trump’s son?
These folks are crazy as fk.

      • Tiffany :) says:

One of Trump’s sons did a live podcast with a supremacist group from a Trump rally. The Trump campaign gave the supremacists press passes, preferred parking, etc. I think the Taylor aspect of the story is completely absurd, but sadly, the Trump family has courted and supported these kinds of groups during the campaign.

      • LeAnn Stinks says:

Which makes no sense, considering Ivanka is married to an Orthodox Jew. She converted herself, all the children are being raised Orthodox, and they keep the Sabbath.

My guess, is that like any politician, they will pander to any group that will give them extra votes, even if they are reprehensible. How about the Dems who have sat down with Jessie Jackson and Reverend Al Sharpton to get their support? It’s politics as usual on both sides of the coin. BTW, I am non partisan.

      • Original T.C. says:

“How about the Dems who have sat down with Jessie Jackson and Reverend Al Sharpton to get their support? ”

Wait, what? I’m sorry but are you trying to equate two Black men fighting for minority rights with White supremacists who believe they are superior to every race on earth and support the killing of Hispanics, Blacks and Jews??

I don’t agree with Al Sharpton’s methods or egomania but he is not no where equivalent to people promoting genicide of all non-Whites.

      • Amelie says:

        @LeAnn Stinks:
“Which makes no sense, considering Ivanka is married to an Orthodox Jew. She converted herself, all the children are being raised Orthodox, and they keep the Sabbath.”

What I am trying to figure out is how Ivanka is getting around the Orthodox practice of female head covering per the laws of Tzniut…Tznuit ” includes a group of laws concerned with modesty, in both dress and behavior.” I live in an area with a sizable orthodox community and the women either wear a scarf on their head OR wear a wig. I think showing of cleavage would also be a “no no”.

      • Sam says:

Original TC: Both Jackson and Sharpton has trafficked in racial hatred, particularly against Jewish people in NYC. When you get a chance, look up “Hymietown.”

      • Imqrious2 says:

Amelie, I think you may be confusing Orthodox (scarves/wigs) with “Modern” Orthodox Jews. Modern Orthodox are religious (keep kosher, celebrate Shabbos every Friday, walk to Temple on Friday nights/Sat. Mornings etc), but bring the Orthodox principles into the modern world.

      • Amelie says:

        @Imqrious2:
There are three established Jewish sects: orthodox, reform and conservative. I googled modern orthodox Judaism and it sounds like it is a movement. It’s not clear how long it has been around or how widely it is practiced. In my entire life and long experience with orthodox Jews, I have never met an orthodox Jewish woman who does not adhere to covering her head. Per my reading of articles about Ivanka’s conversion, the family appears to be following pretty orthodox practices. Maybe she just picks and chooses how she practices.

      • Amelie says:

Per article in Jewish News about Ivanka & Judaism:

“Ivanka said she is always reluctant to discuss her conversion to Judaism in public because it is “such a personal thing.” Explaining their level of observance, she told Vogue that they are “pretty observant, more than some, less than others.”

      • Who ARE these people? says:

There really is ‘modern Orthodox’ and many of the women don’t cover their heads. The thing with Judaism is that people really tend, as Ivanka said, to choose from the buffet. Even in Orthodoxy, despite the word.

That said…this is less about her head than her heart. If she supports her father like this, and she is still his daughter inside, she hasn’t converted to Jewish values.

      • Jwoolman says:

Amelie- maybe you are confusing Orthodox with Ultra Orthodox (there are other names, they’re more “fundamentalist” in practices)? My adviser and his wife were serious Orthodox Jews. They kept kosher, didn’t handle money or use vehicles on the Sabbath, but she certainly didn’t always cover her head or wear a wig. She drove a car, too… They didn’t segregate men from women except during services, and his temple was considering changing that decades ago. They wore mainstream clothing. I’ve known other Orthodox Jews who really don’t match your observations. I doubt you could tell that someone was an Orthodox Jew unless they told you.

Just as with other religious groups, there are variations.

      • ol cranky says:

@Amelia you oversimplify assuming all orthodox are the same and that the 3 most common streams of Judaism are the only ones there are in Judaism. There are variations within the Orthodox stream ranging from Modern Orthodox to Ultra Orthodox (which includes Chasidic & Lubavitch). You’re also forgetting the Reconstructionist stream and ignoring that all Jews are not Ashkenazi (eastern European). The Sephardim have different practices. My shul is an amalgamation of Conservative (I think Conservative in the US = Masorti outside the US) and Sephardic. There are also smaller, less well known streams of Judaism

      • MrsK says:

@Amelie, Ivanka seems more enthusiastic than truly Orthodox. They do walk to synagogue on the Sabbath and she’s posted activites with her kids like celebrating Purim or family meals on Friday night (welcoming the Sabbath). She definitely shows that she feels affiliated to her Jewishness, but I don’t think she sees herself as Orthodox, not even modern Orthodox.

      • Amelie says:

My original post concerned Ivanka’s observing the laws of Tzniut considering her conversion to Orthodox Judaism. I listed a quote from her indicating her level of adherence. Her own quote appears to call into question how involved she is with following whatever practices/laws etc. there are in whatever sect/stream of Judaism she follows. She may or may not be a modern Orthodox, but per my review of this “movement” it appears to be a splinter group which has then divided into different segments. It is not an established sect. Anyone who has had any coursework in comparative religions will learn about the three main sects of Judaism. I listed those in a previous post. Folks need to understand that the major sects would have rabinnical schools, administrative heirarchy etc. Movements, streams don’t have these. What it appears to me is that there is a lot of splintering going on in the Jewish faith–not unlike what happened in Protestantism. I think MrsK’s post probably captures what is at the heart of Ivanka’s conversion.

    • EM says:

@LeAnn – I think that the Trump family has several layers of racism going back to grandpa Trump. They’ve always had issues with African Americans and DT refused to rent to “them” in the 70’s / 80’s. I think they are now selectively buying into the supremacist views and figure that Ivanka and her family are the exceptions.

      • LeAnn Stinks says:

        Original TC,

I am not going to get into this with you, except to say, please read Sam’s comment. You may also want to look up the Tawana Brawley case. Sharpton should have prosecuted because a police officer took his life over false allegations.

Finally, there are many African Americans who despise both Sharpton and Jackson and feel they are poor representations of their community.

      • LeAnn Stinks says:

Trust me, I am not defending them, but their are many landlords that are like that, all over the country.

Joe Kennedy, was a well known Nazi supporter, and they were Dems. As I said, there are problems on all sides of the political coin.

      • Who ARE these people? says:

Joe Kennedy was a Nazi sympathizer not only for racial reasons. He was like a lot of rich industrialists of the time who were pro-Nazi because the Nazis were anti-Communism/anti-labour. He adopted the view of many British aristocrats who were afraid of losing their position in society if the ‘reds’ won.

Depression era, wartime and post-war pre-Clinton Democrats were still far more about the ‘big tent’ and civil rights than the Republican party during the same periods.

      • Jwoolman says:

While not renting to blacks, The Donald was also telling his people that Jews would make good tenants so rent to them … So for whatever reasons in his furtive little brain, he feels comfy with Jews. This was long before his daughter married one and converted.

The Donald hasn’t figured out yet that when he says stuff on tape or video, it can be pulled out again days or weeks or months or years later to compare with his current blatherings. More recently, when somebody asked how he felt about David Duke (of KKK fame) endorsing him. The Donald claimed he didn’t know who David Duke was and went on for a minute denying any knowledge of him and his organization. So of course somebody pulled out some video of him years ago where he was making it obvious that he not only knew exactly who David Duke was and what he represented, he was against him completely. It wasn’t a one-time thing, either, he spoke against David Duke at least twice to my knowledge during two different elections. That was back when The Donald was sort of a Democrat, I think. So has The Donald made a 180 degree turn on Duke and doesn’t want to admit it, or is his memory so completely shot that he really doesn’t remember the guy?!?

  2. Mike says:

lol, I feel bad for her. What a shitty group to get support from.

I don’t think she’s a particularly pretty girl but I also don’t think she’d appreciate being declared the Goddess of anti-Semitism either. Posing with a swastika or not.

    • Original T.C. says:

Yes Swifty annoys me to no end and her enablers/Mom fans but I do not believe she’s racist nor a supporter of White supremacist. It’s not right for her to be associated with these groups. I will be surprised if the membership in this group is any higher than 1000 members out of a 3.5 MILIION population.

  3. QQ says:

Idk why but this isn’t surprising to me, maybe because i Listen to Kid Fury too much LOL he doesn’t see it for her or because that’s Kind of already Black Twitter’s joke on her on the lowest of key since the Kanye situation?? Or maybe because a few weeks ago Very Smart Bros referred to her as The Beckiest and Iggy Azalea as Darth Becky LOL IDK something about her and her image pings like it;d be used to align her with that type of constituency? I guess? (to be clear im not saying she IS or anything like that Just something about her Image, Dog Whistles?)

    • Kitten says:

Yeah she is very…..white in all manners and ways so I can see why neo-Nazis would be all about her. She’s also like the whitest dancer out there, like worse than me even.

      “Darth Becky” is freaking hilarious.

      • Nancy says:

Yeah she’s wonder bread alright. Does she have followers? I wouldn’t follow her to a worm wrestle. What annoys me in complete honesty is she is wearing the same colored Nikes as mine, the audacity of it all, although I suspect she’s a size 9 or so and I’m a 7. Me, the perfectly happily married women is in a situation and gosh dang if I wasn’t blasting MEAN in my Mustang as I flew down the streets in my coral colored Nikes. If Gwen wasn’t being so weird these days, I’d listen to Don’t Speak. LOL

      • Kitten says:

Coral sneakers means you’re obviously a Nazi too, Nancy.

Actually I had an awesome pair of minimalist Saucony sneaks that exact same color and I LOVED them, until they gave me extensor tendonitis. What song choice is appropriate here BTW? “Bad Blood”? “We Are Never Getting Back Together”?

      • Nancy says:

Tendoneffenitis…..Kitten, I suspect that would have to be Bad To The Bone!

    • Tiffany27 says:

      “Darth Becky”

RIP me cause I’m DEAD!!!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!!!

      • QQ says:

LISTEN! I measure my life in Before I Knew the Term DARTH BECKY and AFTER cause I lost my entire day laughing at that

Yes Exactly what you said Kitten, she reads prissy/bland tut tutty and old fashioned and passive in a way that I’d foresee a lot of those Twatty butthurt MRA leaning hateful types might enjoy (see also someone like Blake Lively, in that she gives them a blank canvas if you would)

      • tealily says:

The term “Darth Becky” is an amazing gift to the world!

      • Izzy says:

        Darth Becky – amazing.

As for the rest of it… does anyone else here feel the urge to put on a tinfoil hat after reading that rant? Seriously though, pass the Reynold’s aluminum foil.

    • Erinn says:

You had me at Darth Becky.

This term is everything. I will never not use it, now.

    • OhDear says:

Yeah, I’m not surprised, either. And definitely see where her image dog whistles (not saying she’s encouraging this either), especially when you see people comparing her to non-white artists

    • Jwoolman says:

OK, granted she’s paler than pale… But that’s genetics, not like she bleached her skin and covers up brown eyes with blue contacts to appeal to Nazis! I imagine she’s not pleased by that segment of her fanbase.

Hitler was fascinated by pale blue-eyed blondes also, although he wasn’t one. I always find the Nazi use of Aryan rather confusing, since blue eyed blonditude doesn’t fit so well historically. Indo-Aryan was supposedly a subset of Caucasian, and the darkest skinned person I ever saw was actually Caucasian anthropologically speaking. His skin was really black, not just dark brown (from India). Skin color isn’t actually defining in such categories.

  4. bebe says:

    Yeah, um…oookayyyy

  5. anon says:

lol have they seen her natural hair? It’s curlier and kinkier than mine and I am black. I always wondered if she uses a relaxer for her hair like Justin timberlake, another one with really tight curls.

  6. Naya says:

How do they explain the woc in her squad like Selena and Zendaya or her faux friendship with Kendrick?

    • Kitten says:

I’m sure they conveniently ignore anything that contradicts the narrative they’ve laid out for her.

      • Wren says:

No no! It’s camouflage! She’s just pretending to be not-racist by having not-white friends. When the time is right, all will be revealed!

    • Neelyo says:

Don’t worry, once Trump is elected they will be dumped from her squad and she will work to get them all deported.

    • Bey says:

first of all i dont think anyone above the age of 12 thinks that those friendships are real. but even if they are saying its all to not get outed as a nazi, so in their minds Taylor purposely has those friends to not be seen as a racist whilte totally being one. with that kind of logic anyone could be racist or you know the guy who is happily married for 30 years with 5 children? all a smokescreen to hide that he is gay! …

      • Alyce says:

Taylor and Selena seem to honestly be good friends. They have been hanging out since pre “squad” days and are seen together all the time.

      • haley1020 says:

idk why people think all of her faux-friendships are real either

  7. Sam says:

Yeah, that sucks and I’d feel gross if it happened to me.

Seriously, though, white supremacists are a funny group. They get hung up on the weirdest stuff. When I was young, I was extremely white looking. Super pale (still am), blue eyes and my hair was basically platinum blonde. And there were actually people who would stop my mom and refer to me as a “beautiful Aryan baby” or something along those lines. And it would always backfire because 1.) My mom is German and the reference horrifies her because she knows what it actually means and 2.) I’m biracial – my dad is a Native American. I do heavily favor my mom, but my siblings don’t, so much. It’s just hysterical. They genuinely don’t get that one can have those “desired” looks and be “racially impure” at the same time. It’s just a really weird scene.

(The other aspect to their weirdness is that they don’t even get that they embrace concepts that aren’t even original. My husband finds the whole thing hysterical because he’s mixed Indo-Arab and loves pointing out that Aryan is actually an Indian thing that somehow got adopted by these people, but they somehow don’t realize it.)

    • anon says:

They would probably die if they saw paula patton and Robin thickes child lol he looks whiter than most so called aryans. People really need to learn the difference between genotype and phenotype.

      • Sam says:

Oh, I forgot about Julian. Yeah, you are totally right, he’s blonde hair, paled-skin and he’s 25% black. I also think of Ronda Rousey, who is1/8 black (her great grandfather was actually famous, IIRC) but who looks quite white. Which is just so much more evidence that trying to fit humans into a box by race is just dumb, dumb, dumb.

      • Locke Lamora says:

Or Neymar’s son. But I’m sure they would make up some weird conspiracy theory. No amount of evidence can change these people’s minds.

      • Bethie says:

Okay so after I read this I had to go look up pictures of Neymar and his son and dammit if that guy doesn’t get hotter with a kid in his arms.

      • Locke Lamora says:

The kid is adorable, but there is no wizardry in this world that would make Neymar even a bit hot.

Offtopic, but the cutest football kid I’ve ever seen is Messi’s son.

      • Sam says:

Locke Lamora: If they are anything like some people I’ve met, they would likely try to claim that he must not be the father. My father has had a few people imply to him that maybe I’m not his (not anymore, since I’ve grown to resemble him a little more). But when I was young and super white and my dad would be super dark from working outdoors, people used to try to imply stuff to him (like asking “how much do you trust your wife?”). Luckily, he never ever took the bait, but yeah, people will do this stuff.

I don’t know how they’d explain Robin Thicke’s son, though. Argue that maybe Paula Patton isn’t the mom? How does that work?

    • FingerBinger says:

Aryan wasn’t adopted by the Nazis it was stolen. As was the swastika.

      • Sam says:

Technically, no. They didn’t “steal” it in that they didn’t just pick it up and drop it in elsewhere. They had to manipulate it. And technically the swastika was changed, because the Nazi version is an inversion of the traditional symbol. So they technically didn’t “steal it” because they did make superficial changes.

      • FingerBinger says:

They usurped it. Is that technically a better term?

    • BengalCat2000 says:

@ Sam, I’ve had similar comments said about me as well. I’m tall, blonde, pale and basic as hell but my paternal grandfather was half Cherokee. These hate groups are so gross.

    • AB says:

yea, the Nazis also blatantly copied the revered/religious Hindu symbol “swastika” and we all know how they corrupted it! And your hubby is right, the North Indians refer to themselves as Aryans and the South Indians are Dravidians!

    • Pretty Ballerina says:

@sam Aryan is not Indian. The original definition of Aryan is Indo-Iranian. Iranians were Aryans and if you research their history that is what it was until the word was adopted as a blond, blue-eyed thing.

      • Nina says:

The origins of Aryan are from the SANSKRIT Arya, which means noble-blooded, so it is very much an “Indian thing.”

      • Pretty Ballerina says:

@Nina Arya also means noble in Old Persian. Historically the Aryans were the early Indo-Iranians, who inhabited parts of what are now Iran, Afghanistan, and India.

      • Esmom says:

Nina, interesting. Someone noted below that Hitler identified Lithuanians as the Aryan ideal. The Lithuanian language is the oldest living language, and Sanskrit is said to have originated from it. So the connection between Sanskrit/Aryan and blond/blue-eyed doesn’t seem so farfetched.

      • Nina says:

The oldest living languages in the world are Hebrew, Greek, Sanskrit, Tamil, and a few others. I’ve never heard Lithuanian being mentioned in this list. Sanskrit did not originate from a Lithuanian language although I would not be surprised if they were connected in some ways as all Indo-Aryan or Indo-European languages are. But the assertion that Sanskrit emerged from Lithuanian is false; there is no evidence of this.

      • Esmom says:

Nina, I’m no language expert, I’m just going by what I’ve heard and what I’ve read, for example:

“Renowned philologists have agreed that the Lithuanian is not only the oldest language in the world today, but the language used by Aryans before the invention of evolution of Sanskrit. The antiquity of Lithuanian language and its grammatical structure place it in the same period with the oldest Sanskrit – 2000 B.C. or earlier.” (The New York Times LITHUANIAN LANGUAGE By Theodore S. Thurston Nov. 11, 2005)

      • Nina says:

That’s interesting…I’ll have to look into it. Linguistics fascinate me.

      • LeAnn Stinks says:

        Esmom,

Actually, the non blue eyed, blond hair Austrian (not even a German), worshipped the Vikings. Many of the Nazi symbols are taken from Norse runes. He also loved Wagner’s opera “Der Ring des Nibelungen” which is based on Norse mythology. The master race he was trying to create was supposed to be Nordic, and mislabeled, because they were so intelligent, as Aryan.

Finally, a master race would have failed. You do not have to look any further than Lions in Africa, who were dying off because they were was no genetic diversity. When you do not have genetic diversity, a population cannot weed out diseases or mental disorders. This was also evident in the British monarchy, who were referred to as Blue Bloods, because many suffered from hemophilia. Due to the intermarrying of close familial relatives, usually cousins, the disease was continuing down the family line.

    • Josefina says:

My sister has fair skin, light brown hair and blue eyes. As far as we’re aware of, the closest European ancestors we have came from Spain, in boats, 500 years ago. My brother, father and I all look mestizos (like most of Latin America).

Purity of race is a silly concept. At the end of the day we’re all hairless monkeys with more thoughts.

      • Erinn says:

My SIL is white, blonde hair, blue eyes. She’s considered to be a native person by the government. My husband is darker skin toned, dark brown hair, and hazel eyes which are much more brown leaning than green. Same parents.

      • Sam says:

My sister dates a Puerto Rican man who has two parents who are both, I’d say, “mid-range” in terms of complexion, with dark brown hair and brown eyes. My sister’s BF is almost as white as my mom, with light brown hair and green eyes. His father’s mother was the same coloring, so that’s where they know he got it. But people react so crazily to him, insisting he can’t be Puerto Rican because he looks so “white.”

    • Wren says:

My husband is the textbook Aryan Male: blonde, blue eyes, tall, broad shoulders, etc. In high school, he was used by the history teacher as the example of the “Nazi ideal”. The teacher even went so far as to say he (and one other guy) would have been the only ones in the class to escape the death camps. It made him very uncomfortable, but now he jokes about how he probably would have been sent to the Aryan breeding program instead.

      • Sam says:

That’s not a very nice thing to do to your husband.

What I’ve never understood about the Nazis was how many of them did not fit their own “ideal.” Hitler was short, had dark hair and various health problems – far from the ideal he promoted. So I’ve never been sure as to how they got away with promoting this and why their admirers today look up to them even as they promote a physical ideal that most of them do not reach. Heck, even Anders Breivik, who champions the ideal, had plastic surgery to achieve his looks.

      • Wren says:

Because people in large groups will do unbelievably stupid things.

Yeah, the whole “who would have lived” thing seemed to be a common teaching tool at the time. I went to a different school (different town, different county) and we did the same thing. All stand up, then the teacher would list off each “undesirable” trait and if you had it you’d sit down. Whoever was left at the end would “live”. My best friend at the time was Persian, and she was the first to sit down. Even though it sucked, it made a strong impression. I’ll never forget that exercise or seeing my best friend “die” first, just like my husband won’t forget being one of two left standing as “Nazi perfection” and just how not cool that was.

      • SloaneY says:

My husband has been described as hitler’s wet dream. Not surprisingly he was quite uncomfortable with this moniker. It was in jest, but didn’t find it too funny.

      • Shannon says:

LOL! I used to get that from teachers too, because I was very blond in high school (my hair’s darkened since) and pale and blue-eyed. I hated it, so awkward. Then once, one added, “Although you’d probably be too short.” I was relieved, looking around at my darker classmates like, “See, I’m going off the death camps with you guys! Solidarity!” For once, being short saved me

    • sa says:

That happened to my mom also, when my brother was a toddler she was stopped and told what a beautiful Aryan baby she had. That this happened before I was even born, so my having heard the story indicates its impact on my mother. Given that we’re Jewish, there was some fear to my mom’s reaction. As my mom tells the story she was a little scared to make waves, so she thanked the woman and scurried to get herself and her baby away.

      • Sam says:

The scary thing is that back when the Nazis were actually in power, if a Jewish baby was light complexioned and could “pass”, he or she would be seized from their family and placed with a German family. So I totally get why it would scare your mother, because decades ago, such a thing meant that your baby would be taken. My mom always says she just kind of dodged it, as in “oh, yes, she is pretty” but I think once or twice she kind of reacted badly. I think some people are not aware of the term’s Nazi linkage and just think that it refers to a certain complexion. But others are and that’s what they mean when they say it.

      • anon says:

Sam, that is not true. Again, people are going by phenotype. It would not have mattered because to Hitler it is about your genetic makeup, your genotype. Most germans then and now did not have blond hair.

    • LeAnn Stinks says:

They are morons because the term Aryan refers to ” Indo-Iranian people,” hence not White Europeans. So, there’s that, and the fact that their leader was a hate filled hypocrite who was nuttier than a fruitcake.

Oh and just for poops and giggles, Hilter was not even blonde and blue eyed himself. LOL!

    • Who ARE these people? says:

They’ve always been hung up on the weirdest things. It’s easier when you’re uneducated fanatics.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_race

      • Sam says:

I made it as far as “originated from the lost continent of Atlantis” before my eyes rolled back into my head. Seriously, go not pass go.

  8. Tiffany says:

I do not think her lawyers will bother with this because it will not affect her bottom line. Her music will still be played, large checks will be rolling in and tours will still be sold out. Taylor has never been on to embrace diversity and her career is hotter than ever. Thanks Kanye!!!

  9. Bettyrose says:

I really don’t get the reference to classical Greek poetry. WTF does that have to do with Aryans? Not that I expect educated informed opinions from these idiots but their entire message seems confused.

Nvrmnd. Googled it. Apparently the Nazi set have rewritten history on who the classical Greeks were to pretend they were all blonde or some crap. I’m leaving this thread before I get sick.

  10. frisbee says:

Barking mad (crazy) every on of em besides being totally ignorant. She “looks like something out of classical Greek poetry,” What’s classical Greece got to dowith the Nazi belief in Aryan racial supremacy? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Master_race
Nasty as it all it they believed Nordic or Germanic people’s were Aryan – Greeks are southern European. This is nitpicking but I do think if these people insist on being lunatics – they could at least be factually correct lunatics and not pull poor old Greece and it’s history/culture into their psychotic ramblings.

    • Wren says:

It’s not uncommon for people to remake historical or religious figures in their image. That’s why Jesus became white. Makes sense that they’d just decide the Greek gods were white too. I mean, the statues of them are white……. so good enough I suppose.

  11. mme says:

Nice boobs, Tay. Hope your remembered to thank your doctor

  12. Amelie says:

OK, so I am not going to comment on the Nazi groups’ statement etc, but I am going to comment on the Aryan ancestry thing. As it happens, when I was in grammar school there was a lecturer in history that taught we humble 6th graders. He was doing graduate work at a prestigious university and I think he decided to do a teaching practicum. Anyway, somehow the topic of research that Hitler did came up. One of the areas of investigation was determining which ethnicity/race was of purest Aryan extraction. The answer is people who are ethnic Lithuanians. I looked up Taylor’s ethnic background and found the following: “Ethnicity: German, English, some Scottish, Irish, Scots-Irish (Northern Irish), Welsh, 1/16th Italian, as well as distant French, Swedish, Dutch, and Belgian (Walloon)”. So she does not qualify.

    • KB says:

That’s interesting. I’ve always thought Brandon Flowers from The Killers is the most beautiful person ever and he’s Lithuanian. He’s got brown hair and brown eyes though, so I’m not a nazi lol

      • Amelie says:

        @KB:
Blond hair and blue eyes (both recessive genes) are very prevalent among Liths. He just inherited dominant genes.

    • Esmom says:

Wow, I’m Lithuanian and I’d never heard about this. Presumably because people would like to distance themselves from any research Hitler did, lol. I do have blond hair and blue eyes, and often am mistaken for Scandinavian.

I also didn’t know about Brandon Flowers being Lithuanian, his name doesn’t sound like it but I’m guessing her changed it. Jason Sudeikis is Lithuanian and has similar coloring to Flowers.

      • Kitten says:

Ha! I am Lithuanian too. Both my dad’s parents are from Lithuania so I’m 50%.

This totally explains why I’m such a bad dancer.

      • Esmom says:

Kitten, lol, what do you know? I’m a terrible dancer, too, who knew it was genetic vs resisting my mom’s pleas to take classes at the Lithuanian dance school like all the other good offspring in their social circle.

I’m visiting the homeland this summer, very exciting!

      • Amelie says:

        @Esmom:
“I’m visiting the homeland this summer, very exciting!”
That is exciting. I hope you eat lots of those wonderful bacon buns when you visit the old country. Bacon buns are divine food IMO.

      • Tiffany :) says:

Tell me more about these bacon buns! 😉

      • Kitten says:

@Esmom-Are you serious? I’m so jealous!! My parents did a Balkan trip a few years ago–Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia etc.
The pictures they took were AMAZING. It is so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They’re obsessed with Vilnius in particular. Something about that city really resonated with my French mother.

Also, what are bacon buns and damn my family for not making these treats!

      • Amelie says:

        @Tiffany:
        Re: Bacon buns…
“This recipe for Lithuanian bacon buns or lasineciai is made with a soft roll dough stuffed with chopped cooked onion and bacon. It’s considered a national dish of Lithuania and is one of the most popular breads. They can be eaten hot or at room temperature, and can be reheated in the oven. This is a perfect project for kids if an adult fries the bacon and onion.”

      • Locke Lamora says:

Kitten, I hate to be that person, but I’m going to be that person. You made a typo. You surely mean Baltic. Balkan is Bosnia, Serbia, Greece, etc.

The Baltic countries look amazing, I would love to visit them one day.

      • Esmom says:

Kitten, yes, very serious! It does seem beautiful, I can’t believe I’m finally getting to see it in person.

Amelie, I am very familiar with bacon buns — I’m in Chicago where the majority of Lithuanian-Americans live so we have access to pretty authentic food. I’m sure it will be even better there, though. And even though I’ve been a vegetarian for almost 20 years I think I can make an exception when I’m there.

And LL, I guessed Kitten indeed meant Baltic, she is nothing if not worldly and well-informed. 🙂

      • Amelie says:

        @Esmom:
I buy my honey from Lithuania-it is extremely expensive, but it tastes better than any other honey, I have ever had.

    • SloaneY says:

Wow. Didn’t know this. My hubs has a Lithuanian/German etc background and is very blonde/blue eyed. I guess we know where it comes from now.

  13. Locke Lamora says:

An American singer is an Aryan godess who is actually Athena who is actually Greek, says the 100 % sane white male. Mind blown.

    • Saks says:

Lol that is also what I thought, what mental gymnastics f*ckery he used to get to that conclusion?!

  14. Grant says:

How does the absence of any black people in her Wildest Dreams video indicate that her character was a white supremacist? I think it just shows that she, herself, was being culturally insensitive.

    • Fiorella says:

There were black people in the video but they weren’t Main characters and they weren’t in the roles of higher professionals in the pretend movie making scenario . They were lower assistants or something, not the director or costars. It seems like having the director be black there would be harmless but I bet she’d be blasted if she ever had a pretend black love interest in her videos.. Has she?

  15. Sam says:

Just FYI, since I feel compelled to drop this here: if you desire further reading about how nuts these people actually are, they also are obsessed with a conspiracy theory that posits that a harmless nickelodeon show is actually about indoctrinating white girls to seek out black men. If you fancy a laugh:

  16. haley1020 says:

does she ever close her mouth

  17. haley1020 says:

did she get new implants too like wtf

  18. anon says:

Funny how Hitler married a brown eyed brunette. You’d think he’d marry some blond aryan. But that is something I noticed with white supremacist growing up among skinhead nazis in 90s northwestern europe, they tend to marry darker ladies (brown hair and eyes who tan quickly) or redheads. And being nordic country there were plenty of natural blondes. Nazis are a bunch of weirdos on so many different levels. Mental illness is what it is.

  19. Bethie says:

    This is heinous.

  20. vilebody says:

Well that website has got to be the scariest thing I’ve read in a while. I even spent a good five minutes googling whether it was a parody or not because it was so batsh*t crazy I honestly did not think it could be real.

But, the takeaway is that the Swift thing is overblown clickbait. She was mentioned in 8 articles and half of them were about how she is not living up to their expectations.

Now, on to scrub my computer to destroy any evidence that I was even 4 urls away from an article titled “Did the Holocaust Really Happen?” *shudder*

  21. Chu says:

Taylor’s bolt-ons look obvious in that top.

  22. Margo S. says:

I think any type of extremist is a poor excuse for a human being. Get a life and stop being dumb negative sheep. I’m not surprised though that they chose Taylor as their new “queen” or whatever. She is crazy popular in those southern states where most of the neos are… I personally can’t stand Taylor Swift, but it still sucks that her name is in the headlines with the word Nazi. No one deserves that.

    • Cricket says:

I’m not certain they are mostly in southern states. About 15 years ago, I was out for a drive with my dad on a beautiful sunny spring day. We were less than one hour from Philadelphia. Sitting at a red light, I was spaced out not paying much attention – I was driving.. my dad finally said to me – what do you think of that – and made a head gesture looking out the right side of the car. Standing there in broad daylight, were about 8 KKK dudes.. in their white robes AND their white hoods on.. some were also in another color, purple maybe? I can’t remember. Needless to say, I almost sh!t myself and was like.. OMG! What do we do, I was so scared that I quickly rolled up the windows and closed the sunroof and got out of there ASAP and have never been back anywhere near there since. I was then disgusted when my dad said, what are you afraid of, all they’ll try to do is recruit you – so repulsive. I too am tall, blond, blue eye, fair skin.. but alas, 50% Polish so I wouldn’t have made their cut.. but I will NEVER forget that and still find it beyond reality that I saw it minding my own business, driving through a main street of a town on a Saturday afternoon in the eastern PA burbs.

  23. Moi says:

If this is true, I feel terrible for TS. Good lord, I would be mortified by this if I were her.

    • Who ARE these people? says:

I would dye my hair and donate to anti-hate-group organizations, big time.

  24. Eggland's worst says:

I don’t think she was trying to be racist in “wildest dreams”. I just think she’s watched “Out of Africa” too many times. As for the aryan goddess nonsense, when are these idiots going to realize the world will never be a blond, blue-eyed world? Just pack it in already.

  25. suzanne says:

She does look like Malibu Bore-bi, with the bleached hair and spray tan.

  26. Dragonlady Sakura says:

😂 it’s so stupid and sad, yet hilarious. Taylor Swift is doing a terrible job being a secret white supremacist being friends with Selena Gomez, Beyoncé, Zendaya…

    • anon says:

Eh, strom thurmond had a daughter with a black woman (whom he loved and provided for willingly). It’s not like white supremacists are logical or anything. You’ll find many even date and marry women and men of different races/ethnicities. Their sick beliefs has never stopped them from having relationships with non white people.

      • Who ARE these people? says:

He slept with a household servant and never acknowledged their child in public. He was 23 and she was 15 when their relationship began. Their daughter was raised in segregation. Does this really signal ‘complicated emotions’ on his part or the common use and abuse of black women, with a little “pride in ownership” thrown in and called affection?

    • Nina says:

Well said WATP. He never acknowledged her or “provided for her willingly.” Fairy tales told to make abuse and rape “palatable.’

  27. lucy2 says:

This is another time when being a celebrity would suck. She has no control over who or what groups claim her, and I would be so disgusted to have my name spoken by people like that.

  28. Lucy says:

This reminds me of that time everyone noticed she looked a lot like a woman famous for being a member of the Satanist church…it’s both hilarious and awful.

  29. Mark says:

This statement is very ironic, since a jewish group criticized a feminist, who called Taylor Swift a nazi barbie.
    http://www.jpost.com/Diaspora/Jewish-group-condemns-feminist-writer-for-calling-Taylor-Swift-a-Nazi-Barbie-437316

  30. Rux says:

Anyone going to address the fact that Taylor’s boobs look much bigger? Also, the latest trend is wearing workout gear as regular clothing. Half the b*&^%es in Manhattan do that and you know they have not been anywhere near a gym that day.

  31. Mark says:

That woman’s body is complete fake, it is the product of plastic surgery. Who ever decleared her an aryan goddess is blinded by her artifical look. Without all that surgery she might be looking different. I am not sure if she is even blond.

  32. Jade says:

It just kind of makes me sad…. And I’m bracing myself for how this presidential election is going to bring out the absolute worst in us as a country. The hatred, the bigotry , the mud slinging . Its on both sides and we are living in such an elevated time of tension , that one headline can make us all snap . fact checking is a thing of the past !

  33. annna says:

When did her breasts get so huge?? Looks like shes got a pair of Blake Lively bolt-ons.
