Preview Kendrick Lamar's Remix to Kanye West's 'All Day'
It looks like a Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar collaboration may finally be happening. A snippet of Kanye’s “All Day” featuring the Compton spitter has mysteriously hit the net via Yeezy Talk. The six-second teaser provides just a taste of K-Dot’s fiery verse, but it’s enough to have us wanting more. Kendrick does have a writing credit on the song off Kanye’s upcoming album So Help Me God, so the remix doesn’t come as a complete surprise.
On the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it clip, he raps, “Chi-town, we play for the free base / These days don’t believe what police say / DJs and the b-boys rush it.”
Preview King Kendrick’s remix below.
Kendrick opened for ‘Ye on his “Yeezus Tour” in 2013, and Kanye has publicly praised his peer as an “inspiration.”
KENDRICK IS AN INSPIRATION. THANK YOU FOR THE VIBRATIONS AND THE SPIRIT. YOUR MEANING, MESSAGE AND EXECUTION ARE GIFTS TO THE WORLD.
