I absolutely adore the sassy style of Audrey and Darin’s Orange County wedding. This couple’s event was styled with delicious orange candies, elegant pink orchids, and a hint of spicy jalapeno! The gorgeous Hacienda Restaurant in Santa Ana, California was used for the ceremony and reception. It had a dramatic and rustic flair designed in the traditional hacienda style with carved doors, ironwork lighting, and adobe brick.

Of course, it’s hard not to fall in love with this couple when you learn that Audrey and Darin were high school sweethearts. (Right! Don’t you just adore that!)  Yup, they’ve been dating for ten years and it was awesome to be a part of their celebration as they tied the knot!

For this wedding, Russell worked as a second photographer with one of his favorite colleagues, Kelli. As the second shooter for Kellimac Images, Russell got to spend the morning with the groom as he got ready (while Kelli covered the bride). This is one of the great things about having two photographers for an event … you get to see both sides of the story!
