Clarification Announcement
Reference is made to the announcement dated November 20, 2013 regarding the Extension of the Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Cooperation (the "Announcement"). The Board would like to clarify that the Chinese version of the Announcement incorrectly stated the original expiry date of the MOU as December 31, 2012 instead of the actual original expiry date of December 31, 2013. The English version of the Announcement was accurate and remains unchanged.
