NEWPORT NEWS, Va.-The Atlantic 10 Conference announced the 2015-16 women's basketball conference team parings. George Mason will have home-and-home series against George Washington, Saint Louis and VCU.

The league's 14 members will play a 16-game conference schedule. In addition to the three home-and-home series, the Patriots will welcome Duquesne, La Salle, Massachusetts, Richmond and Saint Joseph's to the newly-named EagleBank Arena at George Mason. The complete 2015-16 conference schedule with dates and times will be announced at a later date.

The A-10 sent five teams to the postseason at the conclusion of last season. A-10 Champion George Washington and Dayton both earned bids to the NCAA Tournament with the Flyers making a run to the Elite Eight. Duquesne, Fordham and Richmond all took part in the 2015 WNIT, with the Dukes advancing to the third round.

In April, Dayton's Ally Malott was the seventh pick in the 2015 WNBA Draft by the Washington Mystics. The Mystics also took Saint Joseph's Natasha Cloud in the second round, while UD's Andrea Hoover was picked by the LA Sparks in the third round.

The 2016 Atlantic 10 Women's Basketball Championship will be played March 2-6, 2016 at the Richmond Coliseum.
