Go-Lives
The City of Flagstaff, AZ is Live on Innoprise Community Development
The City of Flagstaff, AZ is now live on Innoprise Community Development. A customer since 2010, Flagstaff also uses the Innoprise Sales Tax and Financials modules.
Flagstaff, Arizona is the largest city in Northern Arizona, and is also the regional center and county seat for Coconino County, the second largest county in the 48 contiguous states. The City of Flagstaff is comprised of just over 64 square miles nestled at the base of the San Francisco Peaks. It is surrounded by one of the largest pine forests on Earth. At nearly 7,000 feet, Flagstaff is also one of the highest elevation cities in the United States. The City is a year-round mecca for visitors and many Arizonans maintain second homes here.
The Cities of Emporia, KS and Logan, UT are Live on Citizen Access
Innoprise’s Citizen Access Portal will equip Emporia and Logan with modern-day eGovernment capabilities that are fully integrated with their other Innoprise modules. Citizen Access delivers Innoprise functionality to the public over the Web, extending access to back office applications while offering citizens 24/7 online self-service capabilities.
Emporia, located between Kansas City and Wichita on Interstate 35, is the county seat of Lyon County, Kansas and had a population of nearly 25,000 as of the 2010 Census. The City also uses the Innoprise Community Development suite, which includes Code Enforcement, Planning & Zoning, and Permits & Licenses. In addition, Emporia uses the Innoprise CIS/Utility Billing, Financials, and Payroll modules.
This month, Logan City added new features to its Citizen Access module. Rueben Nelson, Controller for the City, spoke about the implementation:
“Over the past several years our citizens have been requesting additional functionality in the Citizen Access module and we are now able to give them what they want. Chris and his team have been great to work with. The Harris team does a great job of making software conversions successful. Thanks Chris & the Harris Team.”
Logan will be using Harris Payment Gateway for citizen payment transactions.
Cities of Emporia, Kissimmee, and Logan Go Live on Employee Self Service Portal (ESSP)
The cities of Emporia, KS;
Kissimmee, FL; and Logan, UT all went live on
Innoprise Employee Self Service Portal (ESSP) this month.
ESSP allows City employees to gain access to secure Web pages so that they can view and/or edit personal information including leave accruals, direct deposits, address changes, etc. Our ESSP also offers a streamlined timekeeping interface. Timekeeping allows employees to manage tasks, record their time, and update basic personal information with no strain on HR resources.

Harris Payment Gateway
Integration with Innoprise Citizen Access
Did you know that Innoprise Citizen Access integrates with Harris Payment Gateway? This integration offers your citizens a convenient way to pay their community development permit, license and project payments; Utility Billing one time and recurring payments; and sales tax payments.
The Harris Payment Gateway is a hosted, PCI-compliant payment processing Website (think of it like PayPal checkout). Applications integrating with the Gateway basically construct a “shopping cart” which is sent to the Gateway. The end-user is redirected to the secure Gateway site, where they supply their sensitive information and complete the payment process. If the transaction is successful, the end user is redirected back to the originating application (i.e. Citizen Access) and the records in Innoprise Utility Billing or Innoprise Community Development are updated appropriately.
This design means that sensitive credit card information never flows through our applications or even our customers’ networks.
For more information about Harris Payment Gateway, please contact Barry Anderson.
