Horrible customer service. The agents don't even read what you are requesting half the time and just give automated answers. They refund cancelled orders into your account which could take up to two weeks, and they don't give the option of putting it in the app wallet anymore for you to use the amount for another order! Orders are often late or cancelled as well.

It seems that there is a bug with this version of the application. I used to order through the app 1 year ago, but after several updates, the available restaurants don't show up anymore (0 restaurants), although I didn't change my address aslo I just can order by trying several restaurants randomly by searching to see if they are available in my area or not. Please try to resolve this issue

Hi Ahmed! We recommend contacting our customer support team for immediate assistance. Our customer support team can be reached by pressing on the "Profile " option at the bottom of the app page, then "Setting" then choose "Help center" and from there we can help you out immediately.

- Subtotal is calculated incorrectly on each order - Very good catalog - deliveries tend to be late Edit: Im still experiencing the same issues + its very clear that the company has made a very conscious decision to completely remove any form of customer service (or at the very least, made it rediculously difficult) and routed all support to the restaurants. I'm uninstalling
