Lieutenant Governor Phil Scott is our guest Friday on Vermont Edition. Scott is Vermont’s highest ranking Republican and we hear his reaction to the governor’s budget proposals, the recent developments with Vermont Health Connect and whether property tax reform is on the horizon.

Also in the program, political scientist Eric Davis analyzes the political implications of new delays in Vermont Health Connect's implementation. And we listen back to some of voices in this week's news.

Broadcast live Friday, Jan. 17 at noon; rebroadcast at 7 p.m.
