MRINetwork, one of the largest search and recruitment organizations in the world has entered the Indian market with an affiliate office in New Delhi.

MRINetwork Insource Solutions will specialise in search and recruitment for the information technology, healthcare, FMCG, retail, banking and manufacturing.

Managing Director Vikram Singh said, "The Indian market is booming right now and there is a lot of growth potential in the financial, IT, manufacturing and healthcare sectors.

Despite a number of open positions, India has a shortage of qualified talent. Clients are increasingly hiring candidates from the US and EMEA to fill this void, making it imperative for search firms to have a global talent base.

"Our relationships with clients and candidates in the U.S., EMEA and APAC enable us to help companies source the best talent for roles in India and beyond."

Prior to joining MRINetwork, Singh was an executive search consultant. "Vikram is a proven leader in executive search and is highly-skilled at managing the full life-cycle of recruitment, talent acquisition and account management," says Stuart Batchelor, interim president of MRINetwork.

"His experience with global searches, coupled with the relationships he has built with companies around the world, ensures that he will be a great asset both to our organization and to his clients and candidates."
