GOVERNOR PATRICK ANNOUNCES WORCESTER HOUSING COURT CLERK-MAGISTRATE NOMINATION

BOSTON – December 6, 2013 – (RealEstateRama) — Governor Deval Patrick today announced the nomination of experienced attorney Nickolas W. Moudios as Clerk-Magistrate of the Housing Court, Worcester Division.

“I am pleased to nominate Attorney Moudios to serve as Clerk-Magistrate of the Housing Court in Worcester,” said Governor Patrick. “I thank him for his commitment to the Housing Court and his willingness to serve the Commonwealth in this very important position.”

Moudios has been a sole practitioner in Worcester since 1988. He maintains an active litigation practice with extensive experience in Housing Court matters. He has represented landlords and tenants in both residential and commercial real estate disputes. Moudios is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Amherst and New England School of Law. He resides in Worcester. If confirmed, Moudios will fill the vacancy created by the retirement of the Honorable James A. Bisceglia.
