Does anyone else feel that their kiddos are a little too plugged in these days? Can I borrow the iPad? Where's the Kindle? Can I play X-Box? What happened to playing outside or using their imaginations? Crayons and paper?

Creative Kids Unplugged was nice enough to give us the Sports Activity Box and the Garden Activity Box to try out. Can I say "FABULOUS IDEA!" {wish I would have thought of it} From the Garden Activity Box my daughter created a bug board game with her friend (which we still play), painted and decorated a bird house and picture frame (both of which were Mother's Day gifts for her grandmother), and decorated and planted a pot of basil ... just to name a few of the things!
The Sports Activity Box had her build a soccer key chain (this varies per box), earn a trophy for playing sports trivia (which she played with her daddy and then again with our neighbor), create a book, play baseball with a blow up bat and ball (she still plays with this outside) and some other fun things!!!
The themed activity boxes are filled with lots of fun for you and a child to share! They combine crafts, games, and activities to inspire creativity, confidence and conversation between kids and adults of all generations.
