Any form of disruption or system abuse and violation of the Translator Agreement and the terms below may lead to rejection of your request and/or action against your account.
As per the Translator Agreement, you agree to communicate professionally and courteously with Gengo staff, including your Language Specialist team. If your submission contains hostile or inappropriate comments, we will not accept your re-review request, and your account will be placed on probation for at least two weeks.
Please note that Gengo's Reviewers assess translations by marking the errors according to Gengo's error classification. The GoCheck system automatically calculates a final quality score from 0.0 to 10.0. The Reviewers do NOT assign a score and they are only able to highlight the errors in the text.
