WATERLOO | A Waterloo woman was charged with third-degree arson Monday morning for allegedly setting clothes and items on fire belonging to her husband.
Sharon Denise Harrington, 39, of 216 Rhey St., was arrested early Monday. Harrington allegedly destroyed clothes and property belonging to Orlando Harrison who lives at the address, police said.
Third-degree arson is an aggravated misdemeanor that carries up to two years in prison.
