There has literally been a DJ on the sidewalk bumping bad wedding music for hours. Tough to get work done in a nearby office.

You should keep in mind you live or are around a high traffic and restaurant and bar area. There are certain noise ordinance laws. Residential neighborhoods is 10pm not sure what downtown area is keep in mind your location.
