Two NCSU Libraries Fellows, Heidi Tebbe and Virginia Ferris, will discuss how resources at the NCSU Libraries can assist researchers and others wanting to learn more about the legacy of women in STEM at NC State, from its earliest pioneers to today. Following a brief presentation, attendees are invited to enjoy refreshments and view data and archival materials about women in STEM through a visualization on the iPearl Immersion Theater.
Introductory remarks by Dr. Christine Grant, Professor and Associate Dean of Faculty Development and Special Initiatives, College of Engineering at NC State. Copies of the book Success Strategies From Women in STEM, 2nd Edition, edited by Peggy A. Pritchard and Dr. Christine Grant, will be available on-site for purchase from the NC State Bookstores.
