All I got to say, what an awesome way to ring in 2015 by reading a book from one of my favorite authors. I absolutely love and adore Jessica Ingro and every book that she writes has an uncanny ability to get me hooked. In her newest release, Forever, Your Concierge, Jess did it once again. Once I read the first page, there was no putting down this book and how could you when you have an hero like Travis Hamilton that can make your heart go pitter pat. And yes, he did make my heart flutter and I found myself swooning.

#FYC

Forever Your Concierge was one beautiful, emotional and sexy tale of true love. It truly showcased how far one goes to protect their loved ones and the testament that the true love can’t be destroyed. Love is indeed a battlefield and Jessica Ingro eloquently wrote a story of how a marriage stayed united and solid while they fought to overcome the hurdles that could destroy their love and trust. What truly makes this book so beautiful was the pure raw emotions and vulnerability of the characters. Travis and Maya’s story will grasp your hearts and make you see that no love is perfect. It has ups and downs but the most important thing is that you stay united and conquer these obstacles together.

Travis Hamilton was simply the absolute package. He was the alpha sexy male hero, the loving husband, the protector, the friend and the lover. Honestly, forget book boyfriends because Travis Hamilton is book husband material. How could you not love a man who will fight for his love and stand by her side after knowing of Maya’s past. He proved that his love was honest and true. And as for Maya, I adored her character. Maya’s past was truly heartbreaking that you can’t help but feel her pain, humiliation, and hurt. What makes her character so special was that Jess showed a flawed character who made a mistake but her past doesn’t define her. Jess clearly demonstrated a strong heroine who conquered the obstacles standing in her way. Forever Your Concierge really highlights in the power of love and forever. When Travis Hamilton said forever and always, he means it.

#FYC1

Personally, I felt what made this book different and stand out from Jessica Ingro’s other books and the first book Love, Your Concierge was the pure raw nature of emotions from her characters. This book was well-written that it will grip you from Maya’s heartbreaking past and present. Your heart will ache on the many trials and tribulations that Maya and Travis had to endure. Love and trust were tested and through it all, they showed us the real meaning of forever and always. So if you are looking for a book that is breathtakingly beautiful and full of emotions, then look no further because Jessica Ingro will capture and tug your heartstrings. And of course, how could you not want to read this book. For one, you will be reunited with Grant and secondly, Travis Hamilton will make your heart go pitter pat.

Jessica Ingro is one of my favorite Indie authors. Forever Your Concierge proves again why she's on that list. If you've never picked up a book by Jessica I highly recommend you do so. There is not one book by Jessica that I can't highly recommend. She has this incredible knack to tell a great story with intense emotion, passion and romance. Forever Your Concierge is book 2 in the Concierge series, but can be read as a standalone. I will warn you though, that you will find out the conclusion to the couple, Elizabeth and Grant, from book 1, but you will in no way be confused or lost by the story line or past events.

Forever Your Concierge is Maya and Travis's story. What was very interesting about the storytelling though, was that we weren't witness to how they got together. The book opens up at their wedding. There are 2 flashbacks to when they initially met and their first date, but the book is about their struggles after marriage, with the re-appearance of a psychotic and manipulative ex, and their difficulties with getting pregnant.

Maya is partners with Elizabeth in a concierge business. In basic terms they run errands, plan parties, buy Christmas presents - you name it, they'll do it - for their wealthy clientele in New York City. It's a very demanding job and what I found interesting was that Maya is now wealthy herself, after marrying Travis, yet she still continues on with the business. It shows her dedication and strength. After Elizabeth gets pregnant with her second child, she offers the business solely to Maya. It would be easy to just hire on assistants to do all the work, but Maya continues to do it on her own.

One of the difficulties in Maya's life right now is her sister Kayla who is dating her ex boyfriend, Ashton, a famous and powerful Director. Back in the day, Maya was a struggling actress and slept with Ashton, in order to get a role in the musical Chicago. The relationship turned sadistic and he into sort of her Master, making her do twisted sexual things in order to please him. In the end, he left her emotionally and physically scarred, and having signed a non disclosure agreement. If she tells Kayla about the abuse, she not only owes him millions, but he also has video tapes and pictures of these sexual encounters that will be made public. It's never clear though, how or why Kayla and Ashton became acquainted in the first place and if it's to get back at Maya, although I don't know why that would be the case. I was a little confused at that whole set up, though it was necessary to carry on the story line.

Maya and Travis are also trying to conceive and it's a difficult road. Travis discovers that Maya has been keeping some long hidden secrets from him, which leads to stress, tension and trust issues in their relationship. This just exacerbates their issues with conceiving. Without giving too much away, I'll only say that this is an extremely emotional part of the book that will leave you in tears. Maya is unable to handle everything going on and turns to alcohol, which makes her feel even more pathetic and the reader feels more sorry for her. This is not the type of person she is at all, so it's really heartbreaking. I do love though how supportive Travis is throughout the entire book and Jessica has a gift for writing the perfect Alpha Male that will leave you breathless, giddy and wanting more.

The epilogue for Forever Your Concierge is one my favorite types of epilogues. Nothing drives me crazier than an epilogue that takes place weeks or months after the story ends. Lame! I want to know what really happens. I want to see and feel the happily ever after and know that it's lasted forever. This one takes place almost 20 years in the future and that's all I'll say ;) This is another impressive addition to Jessica's library and I can't wait to get my hands on her next book. She can't write them fast enough for me!

Review by Jen Hagen

I am a huge fan of Ms. Ingro. For the past 2 years she has had a book on my top 20 of the year; in fact, the previous book in this series was included in my 2014 list. While this latest installment can be read as a standalone, I strongly encourage you to read the first as it is oh-so-good. Travis and Maya were strong secondary characters in the first book, and had a small relationship budding between them. This book takes us back to their very first date and all the events that lead up to their happily ever after. We caught a glimpse of their future in the epilogue of the first book.

Maya has just had a disastrous date when she decides to pop into a bar and drown her sorrows. Travis is also a patron at the bar when he introduces himself and says that Elizabeth (her business partner) is his personal concierge. Travis is adamant that they have a date, but Elizabeth’s rule is not to date their clients. While Travis is technically not Maya’s client, Maya just feels that she can’t betray Elizabeth’s trust in her. Travis’s persistency pays off and he has a date with Maya tomorrow night.

“You’ve made me the happiest guy in this city. And I promise you won’t regret giving me a chance.”

Travis is a super sweet guy and pulls out all the stops on their first date. “I’d like to think I’m good at the woo that women like so much.” Any guy that can say “woo” is a keeper – how could Maya not fall in love with him? Their love for each other came about easily and they were a perfect fit.

“Travis and I are like peanut butter and jelly. We just are. There was never any question in my mind that we should be together.”

Besides keeping their relationship a secret from Elizabeth for over a year, Maya has secrets from her past that have a way of turning up when they aren’t wanted…like the night before her wedding. Travis is upset at this newfound knowledge, but he is just too perfect to stay mad. Even when is so mad he could spit nails, he is still adorable. They have one year of wedded bliss before more secrets from Maya’s past are forced to come out.

That was when I visibly witnessed his eyes go dead and his heart break as he realized I had been lying to him.

Oh Maya…Why? Why? Why would you lie to this beautiful man who will love you unconditionally? He just wants you to give him all of you, the broken pieces and all. He will fix them and what he can’t he will accept. But breaking his trust, that just hurts and it’s hard to earn that back. Fortunately Travis is a very forgiving man, and he loves his wife whole-heartedly so it’s his nature to forgive and move on. Happiness is waiting for them.

His hands snaked around my middle, splaying out against my stomach. “My baby’s in there?” He asked with wonder in his voice.

This isn’t the end of their story. This is just the beginning of heartache and devastation. Now comes the parts where you will find your eyes wet with sadness. Travis is still a rock in their relationship but he can’t continue to hold Maya up when all she wants to do is fall, and fall deep. If I didn’t love Travis before, then this is where my heart filled with love for this man. He begs her to stop her downward spiral and to let him help her, but Maya is headstrong and when she can’t handle what life is throwing at her, she finds solace in other ways. Eventually something has to give, because Travis will soon break alongside Maya and then there will be nobody holding them up, and their beautiful story will be no more. Can Travis continue to love her enough for both of them? Can he be strong enough to keep them both from falling?

“I wasted no time pulling her into my arms and rocking her as she cried. I didn’t know what else I was supposed to do, so I sat there and cried too.”

I loved the way Ms. Ingro continued to weave Grant and Elizabeth’s lives into this story. I adore Grant, but Travis really gave him a run for his money. I will admit that Travis is more swoonworthy, but there is something about Grant that continues to put him at the top. The epilogue is fantastic!!! It’s a perfect closure on their lives (and it includes Grant so of course I was very happy with the ending!).

Forever, Your Concierge is a beautiful, ridiculously emotional, sensual story that shatter and warm your heart. Jessica Ingro is spectacular at making you feel all the tingles and goosebumps that come from her epic love stories. A genius at Happily Ever Afters, Ms. Ingro satisfies your every craving, meets your every romantic need, and warms you up with her scorching hot love scenes.

For those of us who devoured Love, Your Concierge, book 1 in the series, you DO NOT want to miss out on Maya and Travis' standalone story. You may think you know, but you don't. And for those of you who have not started book 1, DON'T FRET! Forever, Your Concierge IS a true standalone, BUT I urge you with every breath in my body to gobble that shit up, because it was one of my TOP PICKS of 2014 and it was UNBELIEVABLE GOOD!

This is the point where I usually gush on the characters, and OF COURSE I love them all, but Maya had to work for my affection in this book. There wasn't an instant connection with her, that I'm used to with Jessica's books. She is stubborn, hard-headed, frustrating, doesn't know what she has until it's gone type of girl, and HOLY HELL did I want to smack her upside the head at times. All I can say, is don't give up on her. You WILL understand why she is the way she is, you WILL learn to love her, and you WILL root for her and Travis' HEA.

Of course, Elizabeth and Grant (YUMMY!) make appearances in the book, which I got all giddy about it! Don't judge! Forever, Your Concierge is a story about true love, growth, and forgiveness. The intense love and affection these two have for one another is truly breathtaking, and it had my heart in a flutter. Satisfaction and warm feelings is always a guarantee with Ms. Ingro's books and this one was no exception. I look forward to the next epic love story she brings to life.

I liked the way this story was presented: instead of us getting to read about the couple and how they eventually fell in love, we see the struggles of a newlywed couple and what they go through in order to stay together. Travis is a great boyfriend-turned-husband and will do what it takes to make Maya happy. But what does one do when their partner just won't open up? I could understand Maya wanting to keep certain things in the past, but sometimes you just gotta come clean first, because if your past comes back, the repercussions could be the ultimate death knell to your relationship. If you tell, your partner will be prepared and be that boost you need to deal with the situation.

We also get to see some of Grant and ElizabethLove, Your Concierge in this story as well. There is a HEA for this book, but it is a hard-fought battle to get there.

I liked this book and I'm rather gutted I can't sit here and say I loved it.

Books are your potential enemy, aquaintance, friend or bestie. Forever Your Concierge falls into an 'aquaintance' for me. I feel the whole read through Maya kept me at arms length, she just wouldn't drop her guard to let me see past her personality that in real life would equate to a parent at the school gate that I'll happily chat to but wouldn't want to get to know further. Why didn't I fully gel with Maya? Well I did on some ocasions and then she would say something that had me reeling back and thinking oooh see now I don't like you so much for saying that. How she handled her extremely sad time was ok, I actually near felt a tear for her but then she harped on about selfishness and jealousy and see the barrier went straight back up with me then. Maya came across as a me, me, me sort of person and then oddly did something extremely lovely in the next breath. I didn't like how she handled the scene with Chloe and the owner that brought the photos in, she went off the deep-end in a way that again I didn't gel with. But for instance her interactions with Vivi - were excellent. So she was a bit of a yoyo character to me.

Now Travis on the other hand. OMG is that man not adorable? I actually wanted to smack Maya a few times at her selfish ways towards Travis, how could she not appreciate what she had to treat him like that? He was such an endearing, charming and thoughtful lead that nobody could deny him 100% book boyfriend material for sure!

All in all I did like this book, I was invested to know the outcome, I wished I hadn't read the prologue to know the happy ending. he first 20% or so is done as flashback scenes. Then it becomes more in the now except it's not the now because we know the outcome of the book already from the first few pages. This whole book we are building to the scene of her sat at the 1st birthday party which spans three years. That felt a little weird. But without the Ashton vein I don't think I would have carried on. He was the enemy and the glue that had snared me to need to find out what was going to happen. And lastly Kayla... well here's another person who needs a personality transplant. Petulant, self absorbed and spoiled brat all sprung to mind on how she dealt with the Ashton-gate scenario. And then to rock up later in the book full of more attitude with a major dose of self pity and to speak to her sister (Maya) like that yet again well... well suffice to say she goes straight on the enemy list! She'd would make an extremely baddie-ass bitch in a book ;-)

This is book 2 in the Concierge series, but less than 5% of this book touches on the concierge element at all so although it's been labelled in as that I was gutted to not be reading the antics of Maya and some clients in the Concierge business. The only link to Love, Your Concierge is that she is Elizabeth's friend and Travis is Grant's best friend. So this book can be completely read as a standalone.

I really enjoyed Love, Your Concierge and The Taste of Mr Davenport was off the charts hot and a favourite read, I really am gutted I didn't love Maya more, I truly am.

I received a copy of Forever Your Concierge in return for an honest review. My reviews are my own and 100% honest.

This is the second book in the Concierge series, and although this can be read as standalone I would suggest reading Love, Your Concierge first as that is Elizabeth and Grant’s story who both have a prominent feature in this book (and Grant is too darn sexy to miss out on!)

Travis Hamilton spots Maya Harris in a bar, he knows her from the concierge business she works for, but that look was all it took for him to pursue her.

Maya works for her best friend, Elizabeth, in her concierge business. She has come a long way since her past when she was a struggling actress. Stepping into that bar that night after a disastrous date was probably the best thing she could have done, as it is here she meets with Travis. The story then escalates to give the reader one hell of a fantastic ride of extreme highs and desperate lows. I absolutely loved it!

For some readers, Maya will probably be somewhat of an annoyance and hard to figure out, but for me, I loved her from the start. Yes she was annoying at times and I was shouting at her to just tell him (Travis) and stop hiding from him. Travis was a diamond. He was hot, he was powerful, he was charming and at times the most endearing man on the planet. He was constantly forgiving Maya and giving her his upmost support. What a man!

I was shocked at Maya’s sister once the past is revealed and how she did not take Maya’s side. Meh, the intricacies of falling for a cad (well it was a stronger word than that but I’m posting to Amazon!) I couldn’t believe both had fallen in the same trap. How wonderful Grant and Travis were there to take command of the situation. This sounds a bit cloak and dagger but to reveal would spoil it for the new reader. Let me just say that man (who shall not be named) had me swearing something bad.

I loved that Grant and Elizabeth were part of the story and it was wonderful to catch up with them both again. Usually I’m not a fan of previous MCs having a major part in another character’s book but it totally worked here.
As for Maya and Travis the relationship development and chemistry was off the charts. This pair were scorching hot between the sheets. There were also some tender and heart wrenching moments that made it more worthwhile routing for that HEA. The episode that they went through would resonate with a lot of women and it was expertly done by Ms Ingro.

To say I loved this book and this series is an understatement, I absolutely adored! I cannot recommend this book any higher, it is without a doubt a must read. Five amazing stars!

**TARA'S REVIEW**

4 Untold Secret Stars

This is the second part in the Concierge series, which can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading Love, Your Concierge first. My Love, Your Concierge Review

Travis Hamilton could not love Maya more, he is willing to do just about anything to make Maya happy. When secrets from Maya's past are revealed, their relationship will be tested like they never expected.

"Watching her fade into a shell of her former self was breaking my heart."

Dealing with the problems of her past, Maya struggles to cope with the cards she is being dealt and pushes the most important person in her life away.

~~~~~~~~~~
Let me start by saying, I LOVE this series, and all of its characters. Travis is a super hot, take charge kind of guy who really knows how to take charge in the bedroom ::wink::. The relationship between Travis and Maya starts out super steamy and there are some pretty hot sex scenes that will have you panting and begging for more.
"By the time his head settled between my legs and he licked and sucked my swollen flesh into his mouth, I was practically coming out of my skin.
The storyline of the book, takes a twist that I did not see coming, and it really made the book for me. I couldn't put it down and ended up staying up late into the night to read the last 60%.
I adored being able to catch up with Lizzie and Grant from the first book. The epilogue was great, and I loved how their lives turned out.
"Life has a funny way of giving you everything you need while at the same time showing you how rare it is to be so blessed."
If you are looking for a steamy story with a great plot twist that is easy to relate to, pick up this book.
I think it goes without saying how much I FLOVE Jessica Ingo. Her stories are modern, page-turning and lust filled reads that can leave you shatter and torn in one sense and feeling like you are walking on rainbows the next. "Forever Your Concierge" is no exception.
While I truly adored this story between Maya and Travis. Showing all the tough roads they had to follow in getting where they were after the end of book 1 (Love Your Concierge) it was a bit tough for me to be sympathetic to Maya and the way she acted throughout this book. To be honest, Maya needed to grow up. Not to take away from the rough past and present she had to endured but her counterpart, Travis, was the epitome of a man who would stand by his woman no matter what. I swear I was waiting for Travis to say to her he's done, it's over, but it never came. As I applauded his stance with her and how he made sure she realize that he was in this together no matter what. I kind of wanted him to give her a dose of reality and make her understand that what she is doing is not only tearing her apart, but him as well. Can I say again how much I adored Travis?? It's my review so I'll say it again. I freaking adored Travis. Oh how sexy and swoonworthy. Surely he would top any book boyfriend list anyone has out there. Strong man that can be added to the wonderful list of men that Ms. Ingro has created. Damn she's good.
In all, this was a good story that will have your heart doing acrobatic moves that just aren't humanly possible. All in a good way of course. Oh and that Epilogue. Lord have mercy I shed tears. Bravo Ms. Ingro, you grab my heart once again just don't ever let go do you? Out of a 5. I'm giving this a 4.5 stars!
Review originally posted at Ramblings From This Chick
Forever Your Concierge is the second book in the Concierge Series by Jessica Ingro. While I was excited to start this book, I was also a bit worried. I really loved Travis in the first book, but I had a lot of issues with Maya. Although I still had a lot of issues with Maya in this story, Travis could not have been more perfect. I loved him so much, and he is definitely one of the best book boyfriends I have ever read about.
Travis and Maya got together after running into each other at a bar after Maya had a disastrous date with one of her clients from the business her best friend Elizabeth owned. They kept their relationship secret from Elizabeth because Maya didn't want to upset Elizabeth and her no dating clients rule after her horrible recent attempt with Paul. But when the truth came out, Elizabeth was happy for her friends and Maya and Travis could finally move forward with their lives. They got married and things seemed to be perfect for them until everything fell apart. With Maya's past suddenly reappearing as well as new struggles for Maya and Travis, Maya has a hard time coping and instead of turning to Travis tries to deal with things on her own. Can Travis and Maya make it through everything and come out together or will their relationship be proof that sometimes love is not enough?
Travis was perfect and amazing, and could not have been a better guy if he would have tried. He was sweet and thoughtful, and far more understanding that I can even attempt to explain. He put up with so much and was such a rock for Maya, no matter what she did. He encouraged her and supported her and although he would get mad, he never treated her badly or punished her. He forgave her every time and didn't hold grudges, and I am not talking about minor issues here. Travis was fantastic and I loved him. Maya still frustrated me in this story, and it was worse even than in the first book. This time it wasn't about Elizabeth though, but about everything she put Travis through. I could not understand why she refused to talk to him or include him in huge things going on in her life. Especially when they were married and everything that she was doing affected him as well as herself. She was selfish and while she was experiencing pain and going through rough things, so was Travis. She shut him out completely and made horrible choices, and honestly she didn't ever really redeem herself to me. Travis deserved better, and while I liked how things turned out for these two I felt bad for all he had to go through to get there when it wasn't necessary.
Overall, this was a good story even if I did have problems with Maya. The journey for Maya and Travis wasn't an easy one, and I think that Maya did grow up over the course of this book. But I still hated how she handled things, and I was hoping that she would have figured things out much sooner than she did. I didn't feel like she ever made up for her actions completely, but I did see that Travis loved her unconditionally. She might not have deserved him to me, but I have never been in a situation like they were in so it is hard for me to really understand his motivation to stay with her though I will say that it had to have been true love to go through everything and stick by her. I know that it sounds like a lot of bad in this review, but I did enjoy the story and how things were at the end. I loved seeing more of Elizabeth and Grant and how things played out for them. The ending of this story was really great and I thought that it was really cute. I will say that it was nice to briefly see more of Elizabeth and Maya's friend Matt, but I would still love to get more of him and see how his life turned out. While this wasn't my favorite by Jessica Ingro, I would recommend this book for Travis alone.
I must admit I did not read book one in this series but I don’t feel it took away one moment of excitement and investment from book 2. The author did an excellent job at filling in the missing links for me with Maya and Travis in this story. Those two came to life and at times I wanted to slap them on the back of the head and tell them to wise up and make better choices while at other times I wanted to just hold them and tell them it would be ok.
To look at the cover and read the synopsis you might just chalk this book up to a traditional romance story, even reading the first few chapters will enforce that idea. It isn’t until about the forth chapter you begin to see a deeply emotional plot begin to unfold and by the time you have finished the book you realize there was nothing traditional about this. The author gave a valuable message in this story, one of trust, breaking down the walls we create around our hearts and justice. She also shows how past mistakes and choices can affect our lives forever but with acceptance and love from people who really do care for us, you can recover.
Maya Harris made some bad choices in her past; she also found she was in a place that her choices had been taken from her. All she wants now is to live her life in the privacy she so desires. Her best friend E doesn’t even know all she has gone through because of a piece of paper Maya signed years ago. When she meets Travis her walls begin to crumble and she lets him in as far as she can, but even that wasn’t enough to allow him to see the real Maya, nightmares and all.
Travis is all about complete honesty and transparency. He wants every single piece of her, the good, bad and ugly included. As he learns about his new wife, the truth about her past seems to come out in the most horrible ways. They want to start a family but getting pregnant isn’t easy for her. The reason why she is having difficulty will be exposed to Travis in a humiliating way for both he and Maya and that is when her world begins to unravel.
There are so many dynamics to this story going yet they all lead back to one person, the man who devastated her in the past. He won’t go away and he doesn’t care who he has to destroy in the process. Travis will be confronted many times with danger and anger as he learns what this man did to the woman he loves. Grant, Travis’ best friend will get involved and become as angry as Travis while Grant’s wife E, Maya’s best friend will be devastated that she was never told about the past. As the four try to navigate their way through this mess and find healing, they each learn about themselves in the process and just how much they love Maya for the strength she has to overcome such evilness from years before.
I absolutely love this book. I finished it a few days ago and had to take some time to figure out how to write this review to explain my feelings yet not give any spoilers away. I still find I think back to the story at times and just marvel at how Maya was so strong to survive this and still find beauty in the world today and how brilliant the author was to create such a story. While the cover is beautiful this is seriously a case of not judging a book by the cover. You will feel the protectiveness and love from these characters and the art of forgiveness at work in the plot. You will see what raw courage and emotion is from Maya and Travis and the beauty of real friendship in E and Grant. The author showed us how life goes on after traumatic events while you read about a beautiful romance that was created and nurtured. I highly recommend this book and want to go back and get book one now to read about Grant and E as I follow this author’s career.
Read Love Your Concierge first.. Maya is the bff to E who is in the first book and you will get her story since she is in this book as well. I loved Maya and Travis together.. They had some struggles and secrets that were revealed and comes between them. The epilogue seemed to skip about 20 years ahead. We missed a big chuck of time but we find out what happened in the end.. Great story..
I love every book that Jessica Ingro has written thus far, so I was very excited to get my hands on Forever Your Concierge. While it is definitely a standalone novel, in my opinion, it does help immensely to have already read Love, Your Concierge, the first book in this series. However, do not let that stop you if you haven’t met Maya and Travis yet. You will still be able to fall in love with their story and enjoy every page of it (then when you are finished you can go back and read LYC to see how it all began). So as I was saying I am a huge Jessica Ingro fan and this book is just one more reason I love her as much as I do, FYC is another huge hit!
Jessica’s stories are always filled with emotion and believe me this one is no exception! It’s one of the qualities I adore about her writing. I feel what the characters are going through, whether it is happiness, sadness, anger, fear or frustration. My heart was pounding and my hands were shaking – at times this was because I wanted to slap Maya and knock some sense into her. I will admit I didn’t love her right off the bat. It definitely took me some time to warm up to her. I felt sorry for Travis at times and really angry at Maya, and I loved every minute of it. Having first met their characters in LYC, I was so curious to learn about their story. It’s a love story but not an easy one. While it’s always fun to read about the happily married couples, sometimes life just isn’t that simple and that’s exactly how it is for Maya and Travis. But what they do have is the strength to go on, to push forward and to make things work out for them, and I truly enjoyed riding on this bumpy road of marriage alongside them.
Oh, and did I mention the hotness? As always Jessica Ingro provides us with plenty of it! Her sex scenes are always scorching and Forever, Your Concierge keeps that tradition going for sure. Maya and Travis may have some marital difficulties but here is one area with no need for improvement! Once again Jessica has left me breathless at times, one more reason I love her writing so much.
This story is an HEA, as I mentioned earlier it is a standalone and the ending is just perfect. The reader is left with just the right amount of sweetness, happiness and tears. Thank you Jessica Ingro for bringing Maya and Travis to life and for giving us their story. I’m looking forward to all future Jessica Ingro books for sure!
I loved this story. It was an awesome follow up to the first book in the series. It was so sweet, heartwarming, emotional, loving, sexy & downright naughty with just the right amount of angst to have you on the edge of your seat. This book pulled me in right from the beginning and didn't let go until the end.
This is Travis and Maya's story. If you read book one, you saw their love story and know their ending but this book goes back and gives up glimpses of when they first started out and their life after marriage. This book really did a good job showing the struggles a married couple can face. But the underlying message through this entire book was learning to trust and be honest with your partner.
Maya and Travis are about to be married and live in wedded bliss or are they? Maya and Travis fell in love fast and hard and nothing will stop their happy ending. But when Maya's past comes to resurface and Maya begins to deal with her secrets, will Travis be able to hold on or will their deceptions be too much? And as these two try to form a family, they will go through hurdles and face difficulties. Can their love be enough to pull them through? Get ready for what happens after a happy ending...
I LOVED TRAVIS! He was so sweet. I loved how he was there for Maya and how he pushed her. He also let her lean on him and encouraged it was soooo effing sweet. Travis really cared and loved for Maya. When he kept getting blindsided by lies and half truths, my heart bled for him. And I loved how the author snuck in his POV every now and then so we could just see what was going on in his mind. I think I admired him the most because he never gave up on Maya. And Maya, I felt for her and my heart bled for her, but I wanted to smack her several times. And between the sheets these two were scorching! These two together... perfection!
Oh and the epilogue.... <3 *sigh* <3
I highly recommend this book and series!
I’m going to start off by stating that in Love, Your Concierge I had serious issues with Maya and when I found out that Forever Your Concierge was going to be her story I will admit I was skeptical. However, I haven’t been disappointed yet by anything Ms. Ingro has written so I went in hoping that I wouldn’t be disappointed this time either. Well, the streak has continued because I really liked Forever Your Concierge and even started to like Maya but it wasn’t something that happened within a chapter or two, it took me the entire book to finally like her. Gradually that dislike I have had since the previous book, was slowly chipped away and at times I felt horrible for what was going on in her and Travis’ life but a lot of it was because of her.
This isn’t a book that is about a married couple who have found their happily ever after. No. It is a book about a married couple, who deeply love each other, have gone through some of the hardest things that a couple could possibly deal with while at the same time trying to not break apart and lose the love they have for each other. Pain, the past and secrets can destroyers of marriages, some are able to work through those things when others crumble from the strain.
Now is this book all depressing and pain? No it is also sexy as hell with the sex scenes between Maya and Travis, it at times is funny and also sweet. What it ends up being is a really good book that will pull at your heart, at times make you angry, and possibly could make you cry. Jessica Ingro is an author that I have come to expect a book that will make me feel emotions, whether they be anger, sadness, happiness or love, I know that she will not disappoint and ladies and gentleman she nailed it once more!
In many books today, we see the growing relationship. The romance, the wooing the hero does to win over the heroine is what usually makes us fall in love with him as well. In FYC, we get a little bit of a different story.
Things were so easy for Travis and Maya. They met, got to know each other, and fell in love. Everything seemed perfect. But as Maya has learned from last experience, if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is.
Maya has a past that she hoped would never catch up to her. Unfortunately, that day came when someone she hoped to never see again showed up on a very important day for her.
Travis is the doting boyfriend /husband of every girls dreams. He'd do anything to make Maya happy and protect her. But he can't do that if she won't open up to him and let him in.
We see the struggles of a newly married couple. How the ups and downs can rest even the strongest couples. Maya and Travis definitely have a fight on their hands when her past comes back and threatens everything they've worked so hard for, everything they've ever wanted. Will they survive or will they succumb to the pressure and give up on each other?
Yet again, Ms. Ingro has given us a story that you won't be able to put down. I felt like this story was so relatable to many of us who will read it. Not all stories have to be perfect. I loved reading about the struggles that Maya and Travis faced. Everyone has a past, some worse than others. How you handle that past is what shapes the relationship and shows how strong your bond really is.
P.S. The epilogue = PERFECTION. Wonderful ending to a beautiful story.
This might be book two in the series but it can most definitely be read as a standalone novel and will in no way disappoint but if you have the opportunity to read Love, Your Concierge before you begin this one, you will be all the happier for doing so.
As much as I loved the first book I was interested to see what Ms Ingro would produce in this, Maya and Travis’s story.
And I have to say that I was swept away by what is an emotionally beautiful tale.
I loved Travis and Maya, although Maya took a little longer to win me round but I eventually saw that she had her reasons which are well and truly explained in the book and in the end she had me on side.
The book was everything you could have asked, smoulderingly hot when necessary, intensely emotional and reverently private in both word and deed when it was called for, in fact the whole tone and pitch were spot on.
The book is handbook for their journey to achieve fruition and to make something of the obvious and insane attraction that they have going on between them.
It follows them as they grow and embrace the love that they have and fight to have their much deserved happy ever after.
I loved the emotion of the book, the realism that it opened to me, the warm feeling that it imbibed in me and the smile that it brought to my face.
Jessica Ingro is one of the go to authors if you are looking for commitment to perfection, precision penmanship and a smile plastered all over you face.
As a standalone this is superb (although the fact that we get to catch up with Grant and Elizabeth again did make my sigh!)
Forever, Your Concierge by Jessica Ingro
After reading the first book to this series Love, Your Concierge. I expected the same great love story that Grant and Liz had. Almost. I did love some parts and the sex scenes were steamy.
I'm torn on my feelings for Maya. She was annoying at times and I just didn't get her train of thought but then she was so strong to go through all of those terrible things. She just didn't think anything through and selfish even if it came from a good place. or so I want to believe .
Travis, poor travis. I felt for him. He was so in love with his wife that he would do anything. He tried everything, no expense for you. We only got a few chapters in his head and my heart broke. Travis he gorgeous, successful, charming and supportive. and I'm sure my panties almost dropped when the alpha came out in him. He was the perfect Hero. He is my first book boyfriend of 2015.
Together they were great! Despite Maya and her never ending issues and secrets that would have been solved if she just let her husband in. But then where would be the drama. In this case it was all about marriage, about the sacrifice, loyalty and honesty. That instead of two you are now one.
I liked the story line a lot but I felt as if I read it before. I still would read the next book in this series if there is a next book of course. I would love to read Kayla's story (Maya's sister)
No one reads the same story, happy reading!
I loved the story of Elizabeth and Grant in book one. however the story of Maya and Travis was a little hard for me to love as hard as I loved the first book. I found myself struggling to love Maya. I was frustrated with her through a lot of the story. I love the characters, but hated her attitude and way she treated Travis. I spent a large majority of the book mad at her because of the attitude and way she handled the cards she was dealt. her depression was hard to read about. I understood why she reacted the way she did, why she felt that way, but I just wanted her to snap out of it. she was only focused on what she went through. not thinking about how Travis was hurting too, and I just found that so frustrating. she just couldn't snap out of it. I thought for sure she would lose him because of it. of course Travis proves is wrong and shows us what a real man would do, how a real man would handle the situation. I think it made me fall in love with him even more.
I love that we got to see more Elizabeth and Grant. I also love that we get to see the true progression of their friendships and relationships. we also get to see a little of their children's too.
I think jessica did great with this book. she sucks you in to the story, breaks your heart and makes you feel like you took the journey with the characters.
I absolutely adore this story. It seems with each book she writes, Jessica Ingro gets better and better. She incorporates realistic characters that you can relate to, with real life issues.
Like life, this story has its ups and downs. Maya and Travis did not just ride off into their HEA. They had to work at it. I got frustrated with Maya so many times. Her and her independent streak! SMH She had to learn to let go of her past, find her self worth, forgive herself in order to have a future with Travis.
Travis was a rock throughout. Though I thought he was about ready to give up a couple of times, he held strong. He is a great compliment to Maya's character. In fact, she is good for him, too. She brings out his tender, loving, playful side that makes him oh, so swoon worthy.
I love how Grant and Elizabeth were incorporate into this book. They are an important part of these characters' lives and the are woven into the story flawlessly. Forever Your Concierge is book you don't want to miss.
Review of Forever Your Concierge (Concierge #2) by Jessica Ingro
Review done for Hooked on Books
4 ½ out of 5 stars
I didn’t think Jessica Ingro’s follow up to Love, Your Concierge could be as good as the first, but it definitely was!
Maya Harris has a past full of dark secrets; ones that she plans to keep buried as long as she can.
When she meets the amazing and sexy Travis Hamilton, she can’t believe her luck. He is a total dream.
As their relationship grows, Maya’s past is catching up with her. Unfortunately, it can destroy her new life with Travis.
Travis fights to protect Maya with everything he has. He promised her forever and that is what he intends to give her no matter what.
This book was just as fantastic as the first. I loved this series. Two hot, sexy alpha males and their beautiful wives and tons of twists and turns making me want to keep turning the pages to see what happened next. Their characters had lots of passion and I could feel their sorrow and joy.
I definitely recommend this series to read!
Travis is an absolute dreamboat! He's sexy, charming, intelligent, wealthy, protective, supportive, and not afraid of commitment. He openly admits his feelings, is quick to forgive, and doesn't hold grudges. Maya has worked really hard to move past a relationship that greatly affected her. But Maya is also holding this huge secret from Travis. At times, I was really frustrated with Maya for making the same mistakes over and over again. On the other hand, I totally empathized with her over her past and current events. I loved the chemistry and connection between Maya and Travis! Travis was very romantic; I loved that he would dance with Maya. Jessica Ingro created a nice balance between the romance, sexy times, friendship, drama, and humor. While Grant and Elizabeth from Love, Your Concierge are key secondary characters, Forever, Your Concierge can be read as a standalone book.
*I received an ARC from the author.
I was excited to read this novel coz I love the first book and I was hoping that this would be as good as the first one.
It started with the present, which was their wedding day, then the past, their 'first' meeting, then the wedding day, first date...and then it stick to the present, and I was disappointed. I wanted to hear about how they dated, were there any complications or how they hid their relationship,etc. it seemed fun and I wanted to read about it.
There were a lot of descriptions, and I skipped those, especially when they described Elizabeth's house. What's the use? I don't care about their house. There were also quite a lot of scenes about E & Grant, they had the first book so I hoped the story would solely be about Maya and Travis.
I didn't enjoy this book that much. I do love the drama, their problem about pregnancy, and Travis is a good guy and I love him but I wanted more. More drama, ex problems, etc.
Jessica has yet to let me down, I don't think she can. She is an amazing writer that puts her heart in to each piece of work she puts out. Forever Your Concierge is no different. This one grabs me and refused to let go. So many emotions are pushed at you that you're not sure where to go or how things are going to turn out. Maya and Travis have an amazingly strong love that you would think nothing could tear them apart. When Maya past comes back to crush her you start to wonder if Travis will stand strong. This one almost brought me to tears. Maya life just gets going the right way, then as she starts to feel that things are going great the other shoe falls and Pandora’s Box opens wide.
I have not read the first book in this series and didn't feel like I missing any part of the story.
Amazingly written!
