Senior running back Jake Forsythe punished the Saint Vincent defense to the tune of 33 carries fro 134 yards and two touchdowns in Waynesburg's 35-24 win over Saint Vincent on Saturday.

Box Score 2 FROSTBURG, Md. (Sept. 13) – The Waynesburg University women's volleyball team wrapped up its two-day run at the Frosburg State University Tournament with a pair of matches on Saturday. The Yellow Jackets fell 3-0 to the host Bobcats, before suffering a heart-breaking 3-2 setback to La Roche College in the late contest.
The Jackets (3-10) fell to FSU (7-5) by the set scores of 25-18, 25-13, 25-9. Sophomore

Kourtney Skinner notched a team-high five kills each in the loss. Sophomore
Morgan Newbauer helped out with 17 assists, while junior
Jessica Dorazio racked up 16 digs. Dorazio was also honored as a member of the all-tournament team.

Waynesburg is back in action on Wednesday, Sept. 17, when it travels to Pittsburgh to take part in a Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) tri-match hosted by Chatham University. The Yellow Jackets will face the Cougars and Westminster College.
