Q. Please provide pole number. If you cannot provide the pole number, please explain why (missing etc).
A. These poles have no #'s. they are the decorative poles each having 4 lamp heads

Q. Please describe in as much detail as possible the location of the pole (nearest address and cross street are most helpful).
A. College St. between Chapel & Crown. ALL poles (6 or 8) are completely out, except 2 near corner of Chapel, witch are partially out. This has happened twice before recently. Seems to have something to do with the U.I. ? This situation is made worse by the Shubert construction and major road detour.

Closed Department of Transportation, Traffic and Parking (Registered User)
We are delineating Street Lamp issues that are current and need the city's attention to resolve. Any issues prior to Dec 31, 2015 are being closed. If your Street Lamp issue still needs to be addressed, please create a new issue by selecting the Street Lamp service request in SeeClickFix. Providing a pole number and/or a more precise location is important. Once your issue is submitted, the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department will acknowledge the issue and create a maintenance/repair work order.
