With about 5K staff across the country & Canada, we’re able to meet your staffing needs in any location. Mustard Lane created a custom database helping us lead the way for high tech booking and efficient communication with our roster of staff who we fondly call “Laners”. The ML Laners range from Brand Ambassadors, Promo Models, Caterers/Bartenders to Models and Actors. We are known for our high caliber roster and exceptional services. General Questions
What information should I provide?
The more details you can provide about your event the better. What is the event? Exact Location, staff hours (inclusive of training pre shift or end of day tasks), how many staff, what are their duties etc.
We are booking out 2-3 weeks in advance for smaller events and 4-5 weeks for large scope or multi-day events.
We can accommodate pretty much any market in the US and Canada given enough notice.
We do not provide a lookbook. We hand select your team based on your specific needs and availability of our team. We will send you a staff link prior to your event with headshots of your secured team. If requested we can supply sizing, bios and more. Rest assured that we will secure the best team possible.
What should I do?
If you have applied through the website Join the Lane feel free to send an email through the website including your full name and location. We are not always hiring in all markets as it depends on what events we have on our calendar
Please refer to the Mustard Lane handbook in your Dijon profile or you can reply to the internal email about that specific gig.
Check your Dijon profile to make sure you submitted your invoice/timesheet correctly.

Mustard Lane was founded by Kristal Mallookis in 2006. We’ve created a family filled with thousands of extremely talented brand ambassadors and promotional models from all over the country. Their mission is centered around providing artists of all backgrounds with the tools and resources needed for career improvement and goal achievement. They offer mentorship programs, workshops, and collaborative opportunities aimed at facilitating the transition from student to professional for artists, while also supporting schools and other non-profits with creative guidance and community-building initiatives.
