    The abuse that happened at Winterbourne View was very bad. Although
    the government closed it, we know that people are hurt in other places
    and may need some help to talk about what happened to them.
    At Respond weve set up a free helpline for people who have
    stayed in institutions, and their friends and family. This is a
    confdential line run by trained volunteers.
    The helpline is on Thursdays from
    10 am 4 pm.
