In Canada we have always had a forward thinking approach to investing in students through innovative, inclusive programs. We have made leaps in creating programs and initiatives that foster growth for early talent members at all stages of their education path. Most recently, SAP Canada was recognized for this commitment by being named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People 2014.
We would like to take a moment to highlight our two key programs that aim to grow and develop early talent at various education levels.
In Canada the number of IT professionals grew from 650,000 to 800,000 but the number of women in IT did not see the same growth. Find out how we are working with girls in grade seven to boost female participation in IT related fields.
