NBA: Thomas, Morris combine for 43 as Suns dump Spurs

Isaiah Thomas tallied 23 points, while Markieff Morris added 20 with 11 boards as the Phoenix Suns defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 94-89.

Eric Bledsoe chipped in 12 points and nine rebounds, while Goran Dragic, Alex Len and Gerald Green added 10 each.

The Spurs struggled on defense without Tiago Splitter, as the Suns exploited the defending champions with layups in the paint. It also didn't help that Kawhi Leonard and Manu Ginobili had similar 0-5 shooting clips, combining for just six points.
