Crisis & Response: An Expert's Insight

Mark Macy, who is the President of security.ca and the architect of the Emergency Response Portal, has been in security for 31 years.

During that time he has been involved in high profile events such as providing security for the Pope during his visit to Canada, as well as equipping property manager's with the tools to effectively respond to emergency situations such as the one Ottawa experienced just a few short days ago.
