During the past fiscal year, there were hundreds of thousands of interactions between our employees and the patients, clients and residents we serve at Eastern Health. The vast majority of these interactions within the care and service we provide are positive ones; however, as an organizaton we constantly look for ways to improve what we do in the areas of Access, Quality and Safety, Population Health and Sustainability as an organization.
