Eating Mindfully: A Six-Week Course Celebrating Food, Health and Good Company


Did you know eating can be a mindfulness practice? 
If you are fully present, in the moment, and open your awareness to the experience of eating, not the idea of eating, you can change your entire relationship with food.

Food is pleasurable, it is enlivening and can be sacred. The practice of mindful eating is an art, not a technique.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and Christmas soon follows. These are food-related holidays.
Now is the time to immerse yourself in a new perception of eating.
We are still offering an early registration special of $75.00 for the course. If you purchase after 11/9, the price increases to $100.
