Welcome to the 2018 Disney Grants Program application.

Before you begin be sure to review the following two items:

Collaborative efforts supporting common community efforts are encouraged. Multiple organizations can work together but, one organization should be identified as the fiscal agent and submit the (1) application on behalf of all partners. All organizations submitting a Grant and any collaborative partners must have a Reviewed Nonprofit Search Profile. Click here to access Nonprofit Search. Note: Only one application will be accepted per 501(c)(3) EIN.

If your organization does not have a portrait in Nonprofit Search:
  • Contact Mary Meghan Flanagan at mflanagan@cffound.org or 407-872-3050.
  • Register for a Nonprofit Search webinar by visiting Central Florida Foundation’s event calendar. Click on the event for which you want to register and follow the instructions.
  • You must submit your completed portrait to be reviewed by Foundation staff by January 19, 2018.

For those who already have a portrait:
  • Yearly updates and completion of your portrait must occur by January 19, 2018.
