I'm looking for a no fee (volunteer) service hopefully. Our Security people do it now for $10/vehicle but that really interferes with their normal work.

Personal opinion: this sounds like a business that needs a paid service and to not be dependent on volunteers. Is there financial hardship with the property?

Most residents are low if any income. The average age is 86. Management has the driving area cleaned but shoveling out each car is not covered. This whole posting thing is confusing. I don't use Facebook or Twitter so am not up on the process.

Let me restate my previous comment. The residents are elderly, the ones with cars obviously have income but every dollar is important.

Thanks for explaining more. Isn't it the property owner's responsibility to plow the lot. Who owns the building?

Ben, the property is Tower One Tower East. You may not have read my last message. They do plow the drives and clear the walkways.

Ben, thanks. I'll do some more info gathering here to see the level of support by our residents. Anyway, it looks like the snowcrew is going to have its hands full Monday.

I think this will be too big a challenge what with specifying who wants shoveling and who can to it and having someone here to guide the shovelers to the specified cars.
