2018 CARH 2020 Survey
The CARH 2020 Project ranks the top players in the rural housing industry.  The Top 20 list has 3 categories:  Owned, Managed and Developed.

Firms will be ranked based on the TOTAL UNITS in each category.  Only properties located in a USDA defined rural area or financed wholly or in part with USDA multifamily rural housing programs (Sections 515, 514/516 or 538) will be counted. For purposes of this survey, a "RURAL" property is defined as any property located in a USDA defined rural area (financed through ANY program and does not necessarily have to include USDA RD programs) or not located in a USDA defined rural area but is financed through USDA RD Section 515, 514/516, or 538 programs (including RD-only financing OR tax credits or bond financing used in conjunction with Section 515, 514/516, or 538 financing).

The final rankings will be announced at the CARH Annual Meeting in Washington, DC in June 2018 and will be published in Affordable Housing Finance magazine and other publications in the summer of 2018.
